Servicing of Dry type 800 KVA transformer HT cleaning Cleaning all parts for dust, deposite, foreign particles etc. Degreasing the various parts Cleaning all parts with cleaning agents , cleaning of carbon from bus bar and panel box, replacement of bus bar, nut bolts, HT tape, HT sleeve, epoxy paint inside the panel including re-fixing of termination and other allied work and tested on load complete, check the hardware for wear and tear and also for its termination and tightness. Complete cleaning check the presence of hardware in the switchboard. With and petrol, oil chamber cleaning and contact adjustment, pole observation, tripping closing mechanism adjustment setting, bus bar cleaning, spout cleaning , red becktrol etc unit resistance measurement of closing coil, tripping coil, spring charge motor coil. Mechanical and electrical closing and tripping check charging of spring through manual and electrical check. testing complete in all respects installed in indoor Pump house II at Water Works Sector-32 Chandigarh.
