Providing and fixing, testing and commissioning of DI D/F non rising soft seated glandless gate valve 200 mm (Soft sitting sluice valve) with body and bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG40, Wedge with fully encapsulated EPDM rubbers of grade W-270 (Approved for drinking water) and seals of NBR. The valves should be with replaceable stem nut and sliding shoes. Valves steams shall be of single piece thread rolled. Valve shall have 3 "0" rings of NBR for steam sealing. Gate valves shall be compatible for buried applications without valve chamber. Face-to- face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/IS14846-PD;EN558F4 for DN 200 mm Gate valve ; flange connections as per IS 1538, maximum valve operating torque should be a least 40% less than the torque as stated in the standard EN 1074.Electrostatic epoxy powder/ liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue RAL with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber & epoxy powder should be approved by W 270. Complete in all respects.
