M&L preparation of old/new plaster surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete,to be applied using an airless spray machine, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding joints etc in walls ceilings stanchions beams etc including all laps cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

2nd courses of providing and fixing fibre reinforced mesh and placing 35mm (average) thick cement concrete 1:1:5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 10mm maximum size or washed coarse sand) modified with acrylic ploymner based bonding agent as per manufacturers specifications (Acrosupaflo@575ml/bag of cement or equivalent including the final finish with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement: 3fine sand) modified with acrylic ploymer based bonding agent as per manufacturers specifications (Acrocerte @ 2kg/bag of cement or equivalent)

Providing and filling epoxy repair mortar ACROPOXY or equivalent in the horizontal construction joints of the RCC wall after making V grocoves of size 25mm wide and 12.5mm deep over a primer coat after cleaning the grooves throughly free of all foreign particles including the curing complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying two coats of polymer modified cementitious waterproof flexible coating using base coat of cement slurry made with cement @ 1.75kg/sqm and Acrocrete or equivalent (Acrylic based chemical) @1.00 kg/sqm after cleaning the surface throughly free of all foreign particles such as laitance etc. and laying of fibre reinforced mesh synthetic (over laps of joints of fibre shall not be less than 10cm) and top protective layer of cement & slurry made with cement @ 1.58kg/sqm and Acrocreate or equivalent (Acrylic based chemical) @ 0.83kg/sqm and curing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (The surface area of roof shall be measured for payment.The work shall be carried out by the specialized agency having experience in polymer based water proofing work and specialized agency shall be got approved by the Engineer-inCharge before execution of work.

M&L for preparation of new plaster/un treated surface of wall / coloum ,beam, chajja etc. and leveling / edgesing the disturbed surface a thin layer of putty and making smooth by using sand paper applying two coat of extrior acylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) including one coat of ext primer, to be applied using an airless spray machine,complete all as manufacturer,s instruction and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work, concrete, R.C.C. Surfaces on mumty , parapet or similar surfaces at any height finished even and fair without using extra cement of ,up to height 12 mtr , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured separetely.

Providing and laying courses of rehabilitation repair work of damaged/ spalled concreate of chajjas, lintels, sunshades, balcumes, parapets, slabs and other similar RCC works upto floor five level excluding cost of required centering, shuttering and scaffolding, consisting of following opertation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Schedule of Credit

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas, facia etc shelves and the like, at any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for brickwork with subclass `B’ bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in lime mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Preparation of new plastered /un plastered Wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over priming coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on brick surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting chases in brick walls , pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas,facia, troughs and similar, items in cluding edges,including stagging and scafolding up to 10 mtr heights, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

3rd course of acrylic polymer based anticarbonation coating with manufacturers recommended admxed dose in cement mixed (Acrocrete@1.00Kg/Sqm mixed with cement @ 1.90Kg/Sqm or equivalent) with minimum quantity of additional water to make mix workable over the finished surface. (Finished surface shall be measured for payment)

Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, including Add if built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc to store and rubbish not exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x 25mm mesh of other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool and plants as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double acaffolding system(cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceble condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc, complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note :- This item to be used for maintenance work judically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

1st course of applying two coats of acrylic polymer based bonding/anticorrosive coating as per manufactureres specification (Acrocote CP-100 @ 2.00 kg per Sqm or equivalent) on concreate surface and reinforcement.

S & F expanded metal, cut to length, bent to required shape and tying, including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia, fixing with galvanised steel staples to wood or steel members, weight not exc 4 kg per square meter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet ( any shape) 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specifie and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of RCC of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
