Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4) type B-0 , using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in roof kerb or mud stops in and including mixed with acrylic base liquid water proofing compound including all necessary formwork in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:-(i) Quoted Rate of above item is inclusive the cost of WPC and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Use and waste of form work shall be included in the quoted rate .

Plain Cement concrete75 mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 by using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding to maintain the required slope or to prepare gola etc icluding weathering slightly ropunded or chamfered angles and throating as directed in and including mixed with acrylic base liquid water proofing compound including necessary form work in and including demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete of any description or as roof padding and coveringg concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and remove all the debris out of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:-(i) Quoted Rate of above item is inclusive the cost of WPC and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.Note: (ii) Use and waste of form work shall be included in the quoted rate .

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished the surfcae even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted Rate of above item is inclusive the cost of WPC and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Water proofing treatment on horizontal roof surfaces in the following manner including removing of all the debris out of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 :1986 @ 0.40 ltr/sqm (b) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.60 kg/ sqm as specified. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end overlap. The APP membrane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar (1:4) to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet.

Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick machine pressed bedded on 20 mm thick screed bed in cement moratr 1:4,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Servicable Concrete tiles retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old concrete tiles under item No.08 below.

Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick machine pressed (old retreived servicable tiles shall be reusd) bedded on 20 mm thick screed bed in cement moratr 1:4,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment etci , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Servicable brick tiles retrived from demolition of item No.07 and this item shall be reused under this item after proper cleaning and washing of old tiles.

Cutting out existing cracks to V-section in roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement mortar (1:3) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250ltrs but n. exceeding 500ltrs, draining out of water, setting a side( or lowering if required) for repair/cleaning and removing accumulated sluge/dirt scales from tank bottom, side and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tanks located on roof of building and disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing by stencil date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enemel paint on black ground "Cleaned on (date)" height of words100mm, and hoisting if required, refixing and reconnecting in position after cleaning ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Rotational moulded PVC, tripple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 500 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple etc. including ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium door and high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm dia iron pipe and fixed (minimum wieght 20mm 210gms) in and including dismantling PVC water tanks exc 250 ltr but n. exc 500 ltr capacity by disconnecting existing water connection and removal from site ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Rotational moulded PVC, tripple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple etc. including ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium door and high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm dia iron pipe and fixed (minimum wieght 20mm 210gms) in and including dismantling PVC water tanks exc 500 ltr but n. exc 1000 ltr capacity by disconnecting existing water connection and removal from site ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium door and highdensity plastic ball screwed for 20mm dia iron pipe and fixed (minimum wieght 20mm 210gms) and fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with ruber rings joints fixed to walls with necessary brackets and making good the mouth of rain water pipe in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using graded crushed stone aggregate including taking down old unserviceable PVC pipe and fitting etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore fixed with solvent cement in any position as per site requirement fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof of 100mm bore of pipe fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel water tubing, 15 mm bore medium grade ISI Marked, galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors as in concealed or at surface in and including taking up or down existing unservicable tubing and connections, cleaning for re fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Servicable steel water tubing retrived from taking down of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old GI tube under item No.19.00 below. Nothing extra payment will be paid on this account . (ii) Fittings & specials as required shall be provided by the contractor. Contractor's rate shall be deemed to include the cost of fittings provided.

Re-fixing of servicable steel water tubing of 15 mm bore, with all fittings at new or old position, laid in floor along wall or at ceiling in and including taking up or down servicable steel water tubing and connections ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Notes: (i) Servicable steel water tubing retrived from taking down of No.18.00 above and this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old GI tube under this.Nothing extra payment will be paid on this account . (ii) Fittings & specials as required shall be provided by the contractor. Contractor's rate shall be deemed to include the cost of fittings provided.

Steel water tubing, 20 mm bore medium grade ISI Marked , galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors in and including taking up or down existing unservicable tubing and connections, cleaning for re fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Servicable steel water tubing retrived from taking down of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old GI tube under item No.21.00 below. Nothing extra payment will be paid on this account . (ii) Fittings & specials as required shall be provided by the contractor. Contractor's rate shall be deemed to include the cost of fittings provided.

Re-fixing of servicable steel water tubing of 20 mm bore, with all fittings at new or old position, laid in floor along wall or at ceiling in and including taking up or down servicable steel water tubing and connections ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Notes: (i) Servicable steel water tubing retrived from taking down of No.20.00 above and this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old GI tube under this.Nothing extra payment will be paid on this account . (ii) Fittings & specials as required shall be provided by the contractor. Contractor's rate shall be deemed to include the cost of fittings provided.

Brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete in and including demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish debris to place as approved by civic body ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Notes: (i) Servicable bricks retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks under item No.23 below. (ii) Tile work to be executed in any position or in any patches or as per site requirement.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius (except bricks) built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for area where servicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition item no. 22 above and this items shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished the surfcae even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions @ 3% by weight of cement as on concrete surfaces (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling etc.) in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removing of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i).Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings (ii) No extra payment made to contractor for work in small patches as required at site/as directed. (iii) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (iv) Quoted Rate of above item is inclusive the cost of WPC and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Roughening of surfaces of old concrete slab by wire brushing, sweeping, cleaning and washing down to removal all loose dust etc. and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm on roof surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

Raking out joints of old cement concrete tiles/ brick tiles built in cement mortar, laid on roof average 10mm deep and cleaning with wire brush and re-grouting and flush pointing the joints in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement to make it leak proof , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

Preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty to smoothening the surface by using sand paper , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel or Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes item No.34 (i) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (ii).Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings

Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore dia fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in -Charge.

Mild steel, plain, black sheet of 1mm thick in hearths in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required in and including dismantling of steel sheet, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Framed work as in doors/Chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete ( Fe-290,Gde-E-165) in and including dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete (1:1.5:3), type A-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in lintel beams, roof beams, lintel bands, chajjas and the like including drilling into exsting RCC work and inserting/embedding TMT bar in Old RCC work and binding with existing reinforcment of beam/column/chajja etc of any type in and including demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position (below or above ground level), any thickness and any length, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land upto 15 metre building height , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:(i) Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separetely. (ii).Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and form work including props as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels beam, lintel bands, cantilevers, shelves, tank platform, chajja, balconies, facia including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc with flat rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Uprooting completely natural vegetation/ plants, stems of trees (upto 30cm girth) grown up on walls, parapets or in roof and making good the damaged/ disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using graded crushed stone aggregate to match with the existing surface , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding in repair exc 2.5 cm but n exc 5.00 cm in length thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm, including cleaning, preparing the surfaces and holding the member in true position for maintenance of steel items such as gates, grills, doors window etc. ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamells paint over one coat of red oxide primer,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
