52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

SITC of Portable Toilet ( 1.8mtr length x 1.5mtr width x 2.0mtr height approx) made from M.S. steel pipe with 2mm HR sheets etc along with walls & roof made from polyurethane foam sandwitched between pre-painted 0.5mm thick galvanized steel sheets with panel thickness of 50mm for wall & 30/65mm for roof.The floor bed is made from M.S. pipe of size 40mmx80mm covered with bison board & welded with MIG welding machine & floor is covered with vinyl flooring & whole structure is coated with red oxide primer followed by two coats of enamel paint etc. The sanitary installation consist of EWC seat (Cera make) , Wash basin with pillar tap, urinal , soap dish waher, looking mirror, towel ring, water tank with 200 ltr capacity etc. & making provision of electrical points with suitable wiring & providing suitable light, exhaust fan, 30 Amp DP/MCB etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
