Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete ( upto six storey building and inclined /projected walls,columns ) .

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives and having additives / addition of anti-fungal properties of required shade including sand papering to remove forgien materials ,dust,hair cracks etc. ( upto six storey building walls,columns, beams , parabola ) complete with all T&P required. ( Asian Apex Ultima , Nerolac excel everlast 12, Berger life long 10 make as approved ). Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer_x0002_in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead ( upto six storey building and inclined /projectede walls,columns ) .

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect( upto six storey building and inclined /projected walls,columns ) .Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make ( Sika , Fosroc of equivalent make)

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer ( Sika , Fosroc of equivalent make) (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications ( also in repairs of small area upto 1.0 sqm /cracks /projection/parabola / sunshades/beams etc wherever required )and directions of Engineer-in-charge( Including repairs of small area upto 1.0 sqm.). Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm)( upto six storey building and inclined /projected walls,columns ) 12 mm average thickness.

Filling of joints between RCC plinth beam / floor slab and wall panel of external walls, toilet / bath room / wet areas walls on all floor and parapet wall over roof slab, stair case head room at the time of erection of GFRG panels with Grout RW/equivalent sealant compound after the erection of panel before the infill of concrete in panel cavities and fine finish. This applies for all horizontal and vertical joints between GFRG wall and slab panels.

Providing, supplying and fixing of glass panels upto 4th floor including scaffolding , mechical cranes etc complete comprising of hermetically-sealed 5+5 mm insulated and laminated glass panel of required size and shape and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 5mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of matching colour and shade with the existing glazing , and inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 5mm thick including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete including removing of damaged glass panel and store it at idetiied area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.( Rate should be quoted to keep in mind the inclination and surroundings of the building)
