Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modiedprefabricated ve layer 3 mm thick water proong membrane, blacknished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coatof bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laidusing Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surfacecomplete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membraneshall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse directionat 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transversedirection as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C.Cold exibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D- 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorisedapplicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick

Extra for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm non woven,100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membranewith intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as permanufactures recommendation

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC(Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approvedbrand and manufacturer including applying additional coats whereverrequired to achieve even shade and colour .Old work one or more coat.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering andpreparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complet

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaceto prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.
