(I) Providing and laying Polyurethane flooring 6mm thick over 50mm thick ready mix ir Batch mixing cincrete M-25 mixed with FloArm screed Eco of MYK Arment flooring base course as per the operation laid down complete in all respects as per manufacturer specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (II) Surface Preparation for laying M-25 admixed with FloArm screed. The substrate must be load bearing. Fine pored and free from contamination and dust. Unevenness and ridges must be thoroughly eliminated. Surface voids or hollows greater than 5mm which have not been closed off such as mortar pockets or defects are also to be repaired with mortar pockets or defects are also to be repaired with mortar before application of screed. Furthermore, the surface should be free from gaping, cracks and adhesion inhibiting materials such as oil, paint, laitance and loose components. Thoroughly strip off laitance layers mechanically from the base slab back to a sound core, in order to ensure a high bond strength. As a vulnerable and sensitive area, the transition between the base slab and wall in to pre-treated with suitable treatment. (III) Providing and installing 50mm thick MM25 base course mixed with FolArm Screed Eco of MYK Arment by admixed 120 ml to 50 Kg Grey OPC 53 Grade cement, with a cement/sand ratio in 1:5 v/v, and the sand should be 0-8mm as per sieve analysis recommendation which can be obtained on request & 40% gravel of 8 or 10 mm down according to DN 10452, Mixing with water @0.5 W/C Ratio by mechanical means , FloArm Screed Eco is a screed refining agent and additive, including installing edge, compacting at required thickness over the wet bonding slurry. Continuing the day end joints or joints due to delay by applying bonding slurry, etc. IV) Surface Preparation: The concrete substrate must be sound and of sufficient compressive strength (minimum 20 N/mm2) with a minimum pull off strength of 1.5 N/mm2 for durable and lasting flooring. the substrate must be level clean, dry and free of all contamination such as dirt, oil, grease etc. All previous floor coating if any must be mechanically removed to the maximum extent possible, it is acceptable to relay on floor coating that has been firm bond (pull out strength of 1.5 N/mm2) Concrete substrates must be prepared mechanically using abrasive blast cleaning, scarifying or grinding equipment to remove cement laitance and achieve an open textured surface. Weak concrete must be re moved and surface defects such as blowholes and voids must be fully wxposed. Repairs to the substrate, filling of blowholes/voids and surface levelling must be varied out using appropriate repaor product. The concrete or screed substrate has to be primed or leveled in order to achieve an even surface. High spots must be removed by grinding. (V). Providing and installing 6mm thick Polyurathene flooring using FloArm Top HPU 6 , 4 components with outstanding wearing properties self smoothing heavy duty polyurethane flooring, mixing 4 components by mechanical means, mixed screed FloArm Top FPU6 (thickness 6.0mm) over completely dried coats of FloArm Primer 1260 primer, etc spreading the mix using trowel, including surface roughening, groove cutting, cleaning, groove filling using FloArm Top HPU 6 allowing it to dry completely, etc and complete as per manufacturer’s specification. The parameters for FloArm top HPU 6 are as follows: Compressive strength (IS9162-1979) Approx. 53 N/mm2 (BS6319) Tensile strength (IS9162-1979) Approx. 7 N/mm2, Flexural strength (IS9162-1979) Approx. 12N/mm2,

S&F of roof puf panel 50+30 mm with PPGI Sheet both side having Density - 40+/-2 kg/m3;Top Sheet -Profiled Bottom Sheet -Ribbed;The insulated Roofing shall be 50+30mm thick PUF insulated Sandwich panels with density of 40±2Kg/m3. The top covering on roof panels will trapezoidal Pre-coated galvanized iron sheet with crest height 30±1mm,crest width 24±1mm and pitch 200±1mm & bottom covering on roof panels shall be micro ribbing Pre-coated galvanized iron sheet. Sheets will be fixed on purlin with self taping bolts/screws. color of the sheets will be decided by EIC at the time of execution.
