PU 8+2MM SPORTS FLOORING SYSTEM :

Providing and laying PU 8+2mm thickness sports flooring system as per specifications mentioned below: a)  Apply primer Ridoprime/ Dow Voramor / BASF Elastan on the pre-treated concrete substrate (in case of Asphalt no bonding primer is needed) using a paint roller or elastic squeegee. After waiting for at least 10 minutes finish with a roller. b)  Directly start laying cushioned layer of SBR mixed with Ridoprime/Dow Voramor/ BASF Elastan Single. c)   Component PU binder in ratio 5:1, 5 part SBR 1 part PU binder on to the primed substrate in thickness of 8mm. d)  The SBR is laid in situ in 2 mtr width strips without any joints which are bonded seamlessly. e)   The cast in situ rubber surface is towelled with the help of portable heated instrument to ensure Smooth surface with no undulation which ideally suited for next pore sealer PU layer. f)   To seal the pores of the cushioned layer by applying two component Ridoprime/Dow Voramor/ BASF Elastan Single PSL (pore sealer layer) Using a straight edged trowel or a squeegee, the first layer of pore sealer consumes. 650 kg p. Sq. Mtr. Of two component pu.

g)  In order to ensure a 100% seal of the elastic layer apply approx 0.650 kg/sqm. Ridoprime/Dow Voramor/ BASF Elastan Single PSL (pore Sealer layer) onto the sealed surface, using a straight edge trowel or squeegee. h)  The pore sealing layers consumes. 650 kg p. Sq. Mtr. Of two component PU & 320 kg. SBR powder P.Sq. Mtr. In each layer. i)    After overnight cure Ridoprime/Dow Voramor/ BASF Elastan Single WC (wear coat) 1.25kg/ Sqm is applied by using a notched trowel Or squeegee (first layer). j)    After overnight cure Ridoprime/Dow Voramor/ BASF Elastan Single WC (wear coat) 1.25kg/Sqm Each layer is applied by using a Notched trowel or squeegee (second layer). k)  Seal the surface with the Ridoprime/Dow Voramor/ BASF Elastan Single TC (top color coat) using perlon or micro fibre roller rolling out well to eliminate roller marks. l)    Keep the overlap area to a minimum. It is necessary to re-roll freshly applied material with a second clean paint roller in order to obtain a uniform surface with a minimum of overlap marks. m) Contractor shall provide 5 years Guarantee for the sports flooring from the date of completion on a stamp paper.

Providing and Making of stairs / steps for seating arrangement for seating capacity of 200 persons to be made as per drawings with concrete walls and brickwork in steps. Top surface of steps to be finished with Kota stone including grinding, polishing and moulding etc complete in all respect including all civil works required for the same.
