Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (Stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) : From brick work in cement mortar.

Brick work with common burnt clay F. P. S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation & plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) bricks will be supplied free of cost at site of work.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(Structural steel supplied free of cost)

0.60m high fencing with 0.93m long angle iron of 40X40X6mm placed at every 1.5m apart and embedded in CC block of 25X25X23cm corner and every 10th post to be strutted provided with five horizontal lines and two diagonal lines in two rows of barbed wire 9.38kg/100m(minimum)between two posts tilted and fixed with GI staples complete as per drawing No. FCI/TP/31(1)(excluding the cost of angle iron posts,struts and cement concrete will be paid separately) with barbed wire of weight not less than 9.38kg/100m)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors.40 mm wide and 4 mm thick

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.50mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gm/litre, of approved manufacture and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 0.90 ltr /10 sqm)

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 metre initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
