Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors.40 mm wide and 4 mm thick

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connectingplate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primingcoat of approved steel primer all complete. ( old angles will be provided at site free of cost)

Dismantaling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster inclduding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)

White washing with lime to give an even shade : New work (three or more coats)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered wall surface 0f approved brand and manufacturer to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade,New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Removing synthetic enamel paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately) 7th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately). .

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Renewing glass panes with nails & putty whereever nececssary including racking out the old putty :Float glass pane of thickness 4 mm(Weight not less than 10 kg per sqm)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 9.21.1 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 metre initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Deduction - Credit for old dismantiled mild steel on as is where is basis including takng away from depot complex .
