The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Operation and Maintenance of E/M Services, specifically at high altitude areas/regions for a period of 12 months. The experience should include providing skilled/unskilled manpower with good experience in E/M Works Services. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 40% of the Estimated Contract Price. The value of similar works can be enhanced to the current costing level by a simple rate of 7% per annum, with a maximum enhancement of 49% for seven years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations. The bidder should have completed 'Qualifying Works' of value Rs. 60.99 Lakhs or Rs. 81.32 Lakhs (40% of estimated cost of works) in any Central Government Department / State Government Department / Central Autonomous Body / State Autonomous Body / Central Public Sector Undertaking / State Public Sector Undertaking / City Development Authority / Municipal Corporation of City. The percentage of similar works completed is 40% of the estimated cost of works, which corresponds to a value of Rs. 81.32 Lakhs or Rs. 60.99 Lakhs. Six completed qualifying similar works of a minimum value of 40% of ECPT in any Government Department/PSU during the last seven years are required. The evaluation of marks is based on the number of similar works completed, with 10 marks for a work with completion cost of Rs. 60.99 lakhs or Rs. 81.32 lakhs or above, and 5 marks for every additional work costing Rs. 60.99 lakhs or Rs. 81.32 lakhs or above, up to a maximum of 35 marks. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in Government Departments with Six Completed Qualifying Similar Works of minimum Value of 40% of ECPT in any Government Department / PSU during the last seven years. The value of 'Qualifying Works' may be enhanced by 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last date of submission of the bid, with a maximum enhancement allowed of 49% for seven years. The bidder is also required to have prior work experience in providing Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations Works of any value executed more than 07 (Seven) years ago. The performance of the contractor is evaluated based on the average of the best three 'Qualifying Works' performances in the last seven years. The estimated cost put to tender (ECPT) is 203.31 Lakh, and 40% of this value is Rs. 81.32 Lakhs.
