The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations 'Qualifying Works' of value Rs. 102.33 Lakhs, which is 40% of the estimated cost of works. The bidder should have completed similar works in any Central Government Department / State Government Department / Central Autonomous Body / State Autonomous Body / Central Public Sector Undertaking / State Public Sector Undertaking / City Development Authority / Municipal Corporation of City. The value of 'Qualifying Works' can be enhanced by 7% per annum, with a maximum enhancement of 49% for seven years. The bidder should have experience in providing Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations Works of any value executed more than 07 (Seven) years ago. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - Rs. 102.33 Lakhs (40% of estimated cost of works) - 40% of the estimated cost of works - The Estimated Cost put to Tender (ECPT) is 255.83 Lakh, and 40% of this value is the minimum required for similar works, which is Rs. 102.33 Lakhs. The bidder should have completed works with a value of: - Rs. 102.33 Lakhs or above for the 1st work (10 Marks) - Rs. 102.33 Lakhs or above for each additional work (05 Marks) The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, with a minimum value of 40% of the ECPT, which is Rs. 102.33 Lakhs. The actual value of the work can be enhanced to the current costing level by 7% per annum, with a maximum enhancement of 49% for seven years.
