The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for the same or similar service. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least some projects with a contract value of not less than a specified amount for each contract of providing manpower services. The firm should have annual turnover of Rs 2 Crore or more for the last three consecutive years and should have successfully carried out similar work, either: - At least one contract of 80% value (Rs 16,800,000) of the estimated cost of work in the tender, - At least two contracts of 60% value (Rs 12,600,000) of the estimated cost of work in the tender. The bidder should also have deployed a minimum of 50 Security/Fire personnel in a contract with any Autonomous body/Government organization in the last three years. In some cases, the required prior work experience is the successful completion of a contract of similar nature during the last 3 years, with an example of one contract amounting to Rs. 168 Crs. However, for Micro or Small Enterprise or DPIIT registered Startup, the years of experience and turnover are exempt, subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications.
