Manufacturing,Supplying, erection, testing & commissioning of Hot Water Electric Boiler ( M.S. Storage Tank) of approx. 4000 Ltrs. capacity fabricated out of 8mm thick MS sheet (Approx. Ht. of Shell 2.00 M & Approx. dia 1.45 M) & having each dished end of approx. Height 0.35 m made out of 10mm thick M.S sheet complete with top manhole with cover of approx. 550 mm dia & front inspection hole with cover with 9 Nos. electric heating elements of 9 KW capacity each with necessary arrangement made out of 16 mm thick M.S sheet with flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. operating at working temperature of 90ºC Max. complete with inlet, outlet, interconnection, drains M.S. sockets, flanges complete duly supported over heavy M.S legs with a clear height of 300 mm. The tank to be finished with a coat of non-rusting primer on outside & ероху paint on the entire inside of Tank complete in all respects. The tank to be insulated with 75 mm thick LRB mattresses of 94 Kg/ Cum duly finished with 26 gauge Aluminum cladding complete fitted with pressure gauge, temperature gauge, Brass Air Relief Valve etc. i/c cutting, wastage, welding, loading, unloading, transportation complete fixed at desired location in safe & sound conditions complete in all respects in the basement in working conditions of Hotel. Providing and fixing in position M.S. pipelines 'C' Class as per IS 1239 i/c cutting, hoisting, welding, wastage etc. in true levels, & alignments i/c making connections at the inlet, outlets, drain of the Tank complete in all respects. Make:- Tata/Jindal Hissar.
