Providing Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of microprocessor based analogue type fire alarm system. Under the AMCthe firm shall provide preventive maintenance service of the system. The service must be carried out weekly and the complaint call must be attended by the firm in addition to the general maintenance within two hours from the time of such calls. During maintenance period the firm is fully responsible for cleaning of complete system and to keep the system in working condition all the time including cost of replacement of defective components. The supplies of necessary maintenance equipment and spare parts will be made available for all the equipments. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.1)
