Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size derived from natural sources) (As per DSR 4.2.3)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (As per DSR 13.2.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (As per DSR 13.80)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (As per DSR 15.60)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) (As per DSR 13.111.2)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm overand including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10 sqm) (As per DSR 13.46.1)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes (As per DSR 10.16.3)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (As per DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces (As per DSR 10.5.1)

Providing and fixing ISI marked IS:1341 M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished with necessary screws etc. complete :100x58x1.90 mm (As per DSR 9.55.2)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) 250x16 mm (As per DSR 9.62.2)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood (As per DSR 9.1.3)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) (As per DSR 14.5.2)

Providing & Fixing M.S Angle iron frame of size 5'.4 1/2'' x2'.5'' (for fixing of IRC Fabric) having outer frame made out of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm with M.S flat 35x6 mm as beeding to hold the IRC fabric in position. The M.S frame is welded to box type vertical post 6'-00'' c/c with 2nos M.S. ring of 3'' dia made out of M.S flat 20X5 mm. The vertical box post of 3'0'' long made out with 2nos M.S angle iron of size 35x35x5mm welded to each other having 6'' long hold fast of the same material at bottom are grouted on the ground surface around gardening in PCC 1:2:4 of size9''x9''x9'' after making recess in ground surface of existing gardening at distance of 6' c/c complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete l:11/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
