Dismantling of existing MS flat railing from the kalka road including all cement concrete work, gusset plates, bolts nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc including dismembering.

Dismantling of existing 9’-10 ½” long MS flat iron railing and refixing the same after reparing like cutting strenthening of exisiting bent members and increasing the height of existing channel by weilding 6'' piece of channel of size 125mm x 65mm and rotate the grill after cutting the edges of horizontal angles/vertical flats welded to M.S vertical channel & 9' long flat of size 50mm x 6mm welded on sharp edges. The vertical member (M.S Channel) embeded 2'-0 below in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 of size 1'-6 x 1'-6 x 2'-0'' after welding existing anchorage at bottom of the channel. Further 12mm dia long bar placed in each vertical flat after making suitable hole and welded with flats. The channel of railing are to be jointed back to back with new 12mm nuts, bolts & 3'' long G.I sleeves. All members mitered with the help of electrically flash welding and grinded properly. The whole structure to be painted 2 coats with synthetic enamel paints, further the rate includes dismantling existing concrete, Excavation,Centering shuttering wherever required, labour for shifting, loading unloading, carriage etc fixed complete in all respect in as per existing pattern and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Credit of old/dismantled Railing @ Rs. 32/- per kg)

Providing and Fixing of M.S. Flat Railing 9'-10 ½" long and 6'-9" high ( 4'-9" above ground level and 2'-0" in ground) consisting of 2 No. vertical member made out of M.S. channel 125 x 65 mm with 0'-9" long anchorage piece welded at bottom embedded in cement concrete block 1:2:4 of size 1'6"x1'6"x2'-0" in ground. Rates also incluceded the digging of pit of size 1-6"x1-6"x2'-0".The frame of railing consist of 2 Nos. top & bottom horizontal member as MS angle 65mmx65mmx6mm. The railing panel having vertical members of MS flat 50 mm x 6mm of 4'-4" height @ 6 ¼" & 3" spacing alternately and 7 ½" high vertical flat and @ 6 ¼" long horizontal members at top and bottom in between vertical members are welded after alternatively at top. The M.S. Flat 50x6 mm and 9'-10/2" long are welded to each other and 12mm Dia 9'-5 1/2" long bar by making hole at the center of the each vertical member also welded at holes . The rate further including the cost of 2 Nos. 12mm dia nut, bolt and washers with 3" long sleeve of G.I. pipe 19mm dia for fixing of vertical members of railing panel to each other above the ground level, finished with two coats paint over one coat of metal primer (special quality) further the rate includes Excavation,Centering shuttering wherever required, labour for shifting, loading unloading, carriage etc fixed complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
