The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar works requirements are as follows: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or - Two similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. The bidder's performance for qualifying works completed in the last seven years should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. Regarding the financial aspect, the bidder should have a positive profit after tax in more than two years during the available last five consecutive financial years. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder is required to furnish a Bankers Certificate from a Commercial Bank or Networth Certificate, with an amount equal to 40% of the Estimated Cost put to tender (ECPT) or a Networth certificate of minimum 10% of the estimated cost put to tender issued by a certified Chartered Accountant.
