Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Cleaning the surface (Exposed pattern work ) with the help of required scrubber sand removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, oil, algae, fungs, vegitable growth, cement mortar and cement concrete splashes etc. from the facias, beams, ceilings and columns including washing the surface. The concrete surface shall be prepared with the mortar of gray cement, white cement and marble powder in (1:1:4 ratio) to give the natural concrete shade with the help of jute scrubbers etc including the repair of part holes. complete in all respects including taking all precautions to safe guard ventilators, doors,windows etc by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the existing building/structure all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(the rate is inclusive of all materials,T & Pand labour involved except scaffolding

Repair of detiorarted RCC Surface having exposed rusted reinforcement consisting of following operation a) Chipping of concrete surfaced 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. Complete in all respect ot the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/pidilite/master crete) coating mixing with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats @ 0.20 kg Polymer per 1 Kg cement c)providing and fixing MS wire mesh by using binding wire and nails. Complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-incharge. d) Placing of cement concrete 1:1.5:3 having thicknesss (3/4" to 1.1/4") mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1 kg per bag of cement . Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.
