Painting with washable oil bound distemper, one or more coats with in all shades for interior use on bricks for old work, plastered surface, fibre board, panelling, etc. to give an even shade. The Contractual agency shall make provisions of spreading plastic sheets on the floor, furniture etc. in order to avoid stains on the flooring/furniture. All the stains shall be removed from the floor, doors windows etc. and in case of any damage to the flooring/furniture, the same shall be got restored by the agency at his own cost The item further includes scrapping of existing loose surface, cleaning of the surface and filling of the scrapped surface, with cement based putty to provide even finish to the surface. The item further includes the charges of stair, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS.

The item also includes application of cement based putty on plastered surface, application of two or more coats of emulsion in certain areas to provide even finish. All the stains shall be removed from the floor, doors windows etc. and in case of any damage to the flooring/furniture, the same shall be got restored by the agency at his own cost.
