Construction of 200mm thick compacted Wet Mix Macadam to confirming to clause 406 of MORT&H specification (5th edition) having as laid, density of 2.2gm/c.c by providing laying, spreading and compacting clean, crushed aggregate and granular material (taking 3.30 cum material for 10 sqm area) conforming to Table 400-12 (Physical characteristics) and Table 400-13 (grading) of MORT&H specifications (5th edition). The material shall be premixed with water at OMC in Mixing Plant/Pan type mixer/Pug Mill and mixed material carried to site by tippers and spread uniformly and evenly on the prepared sub base/base by paver finisher of adequate capacity and all high and low spots remedied by removing or adding aggregate, as required and rolled with 8-10 tones roller to achieved/desired density. It shall included the cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barriers, safety temporary warning lamps at night, chowkidar, maintenance of diversion etc. Complete in all respects as per MORT&H specification, drawings and the instruction of Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 80 mm thick ISI approved high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver blocks grey / coloured designer, polished, manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process having wearing layer with Cement and fine aggregate mix ratio 3:1 (three cement and one fine aggregate) and under layer consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 including best quality of colour and hardening agent. The pavers should be complied with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to wear as per IS:1237-1980. The paver should be laid over a layer of 25 mm thick screened coarse sand to the required slope and filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Dismantling of existing Kerbs and stacking the serviceable kerbs properly at site and disposal of the unserviceable kerbs average lead of 1000 Mtr. (NS)

Providing and fixing factory manufactured precast concrete kerb of size 300mm x 300mm having 150mm thickness duly vibrated, mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rate further include filling of joints between kerb with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of thr Engineer in charge. (NS)

The rate further include filling of joints between kerb with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. N.S.

Providing and fixing of informatory board of Size 900 x 600mm made out of 3mm thick ACP Sheet fabricated with fram of M.S.angle pipe of 25X25X3 mm thick having two numbers in vertical position & two numbers in horizontal position. The ACP sheet shall be fixed with aluminum alloy sheet rivets at suitable intervals on both sides of frame. The front side of board shall have retro reflective micro prismatic sheet type IV (HIP) text ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message ,symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01and matter should be screen printed with transparent ink as per IRC : 67:2001. The support frame of M.S. angle 50X50X5mm having 2400mm clear height from ground to the bottom of board and 600mm in ground to be emebedded in C.C. 1:2:4 including painting of two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint including priming coat and preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
