Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Preparation of plaster or concrete surface for oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scraping by patti applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, JK or equivalent) to required finish complete in all satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over existing chowkhat or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Alum fitting and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water proofing treatment by laying one coat of cement adhesive Tapecrete mixed with cement in ratio 1:3 (One part of tapecrete : 3 part of cement) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. Repair of deteriorated RCC balconies , beams, walls , ceiling, coloumn or other conc surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations. (a) Chipping of conc surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loose conc and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying acrylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2 kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 gauge with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Providing and placing of cement concrete 1:1,1/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 1.1/4" thick) mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1 kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per two bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of terrazo / kota / mosaic / red sand stone floors and skirting with tatric acid and polishing the floor with wax include machine charges complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairing of exisiting pavers setteled in different places by filling the sand to meet with adjoining pavers complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Repair of Existing Kota stone setteled on different place sand passage by filling the sand to meet with adjoining kota with cement sand mortar 20mm thick 1:4 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
