Supply and laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid in existing Trench/Ducts/Cable Tray/ RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ DWC pipe / on surface with the help of MS clamps of suitable size/ in ground with protecting covering etc. as required at site to the entire satsfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The job includes labour charges of laying the cable and making connections etc. The cable should be of Polycab/ Havells/ RR Kabel/ KEI / Finolex make only.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1400 mm sweep (Maximum wattage upto 35W), BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 7.42, Air delivery minimum 245 CMM, 300 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, OEM designed electronic regulator unit for speed control in various steps as per BIS (proof shall be submitted alongwith fan before installation at site) and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required. The fan should be of Havells/ Atomberg / Bajaj/ Crompton make only.

S/E fan hook for erection of ceiling fan. The hook shall be made out ½” dia MS bar in D shape formation. It shall be fixed after chasing the RCC slab and making necessary repair, plaster and making its original position.

Supply and fixing extra down rod of 15 mm dia G.I. pipe Heavy gauge 2' long to fix the existing ceiling fan. The job includes cost of cutting, making holes and cutting groove in pipe for proper tightening of rod to the fan motor. The pipe should be heavy gauge of Jindal / Hindustan / Tata/ / SAIL/ Zenith make only. The job includes cost of painting of the down rod and also including installation, making connection of ceiling fan with existing wire.

S/E of 3mm thick white glazed bakelite sheet on the existing M.S box. The job includes the cost of sheets and making holes and cutting charges of switches & sockets. The job includes the cost of all labuor & petty material required to complete the job. The bakelite sheet should be of Superhylam/ Greenlam/ Formica make only.

S/E of LED box type fittings made of CRCA Sheet with 1 No. LED tube rod. The fittings should be installed on surface with the help of rawl plug and screws etc. The LED tube rod and batten for housing the same should be of Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Havells/ Crompton make only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.13)

S/E of 18Watt./20Watt. 4’ long LED tube rod made of polycarbonate material should be installed in existing LED fitting base only. The make of LED tube rod should be same of existing LED fitting i.e. Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Crompton/ Havells make only. The job includes the cost of testing and commissioning of LED tube rod,, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.14)

The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.15)

S/E of 1’x4’ LED fitting surface type with intergral/ non integral driver to be installed on surface with the help of rawl plug & screws etc. The fitting should be Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Havells/ Crompton make only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of EIC.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.16)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Street Light Fitting complete with pressure die cast aluminium housing, Electronic LED Driver Power supply & related accessories with the following specifications to be installed on existing GI Pipe Bracket on wall / on existing pole upto 16 mtr. long with the help of ladder/ hydraulic crane as required arranged by the contractor at his own cost. The fitting should be of Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/Havells/ Crompton/ Jaquar/ Surya make only. The job includes the cost of making connections with 3x1.5sq.mm. copper conductor cable, testing, commissioning, and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.17)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Street Light Fitting complete with pressure die cast aluminium housing, Electronic LED Driver Power supply & related accessories with the following specifications to be installed on existing GI Pipe Bracket on wall/ on existing pole upto 16 mtr. long with the help of ladder/ hydraulic crane as required arranged by the contractor at his own cost. The fitting should be of Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/Havells/ Crompton/ Jaquar/ Surya make only The job includes the cost of making connections with 3x1.5sq.mm. copper conductor cable, testing, commissioning, and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.18)

Supply and Erection of GI pipe pole (medium class ) 2.5" dia. 5 mtr. long. The pole shall be erected 1mtr. below ground level 6” in internal dia readymade RCC muff. The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4. The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work. The G.I. pipe should be of Jindal / Hindustan/ TATA/ SAIL/ Zenith make only. The weight of 2.5” dia. G.I. Pipe should be 6.54 Kg./Mtr. (minimum).

Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of the following accessories after dismantling the burnt out/ defective accessories with the help of ladder if required which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. The job includes cost of making connections with suitable rating copper wire and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

S/E of Electronic Driver suitable for existing 2’x2’/1’x4' LED panel type fitting. The driver should be same make of the existing LED fittings i.e. Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Crompton/ Havells/ Jaquar make only.

Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of the following items in existing LED fittings installed on wall/ existing pole upto 16 Mtr. Long in place of burnt out / defective material with the help of hydraulic ladder / Crain with bucket which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. The job includes cost of making connection with suitable rating copper wire and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The job also includes the cost of dismantling the burnt out / defective material.

S/E of Electronic Driver suitable for existing 150 Watt. LED fitting. The driver should be of Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Crompton/ Havells/ Jaquar/ Surya make only.
