The cost includes the connection with adjacent light points and installed on wall with suitable arrangement by providing frame of required size made out 6mm thick water proof plywood to be installed with suitable size rag bolts, nuts after making suitable size hole in the wall if required at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & erection of Exhaust Fan (heavy duty motor with copper wound metallic body) following size complete with motor, metallic blades, double ball bearing with minimum power consumption, rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation, epoxy powder coating along with metallic louver to be installed in the existing opening including cost of making the hole to suit the size of above fan making good the damage, Carriage Charges connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

S/E of 10/12 Watt. LED Bulk Head Luminaries weather proof frosted light with PMMA/ PC reflector and silicon gasket to be installed on surface. The LED fitting should have minimum system Lumen output minimum 600 Lumen and the driver of the fitting should be workable on 140-260 Volt. The colour temperature of LED should be minimum 5000 degree Kelvin. The fitting should be of Philips make WT202W LED 6S CW PSU S2 PC/ Bajaj make BIBWP 10W LED/ Twinkle make LUX MAX-CL-S-12/ Wipro make LW07-141-XXX-57-XX (10W) / Havells make RUGBY NEONFT 10W LED 860 SSYM TOPC/ Jaquar make LBLK01 X010X/ XW only. The fitting should be of IP-65/66. The LED should have a life of 50000 burning Hours. The fitting should have THD15% and power factor 0.9 or above. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

S/E of 1x18/20 LED box type 4’ long fittings made of CRCA Sheet. The fittings should be installed on existing surface. The tube rod and batten for housing the same should be of Philips / Wipro / Bajaj / Havells / Crompton / Jaquar / Surya / Panasonic only. The job includes carriage, erection, making connections testing and commissioning of the fittings as required to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge as per DNIT Item No.17.

S/E of Bakelite sheet 3 mm thick white colour to be fixed on the existing switch boards including screws, washer etc. after making holes. The job includes all labour and petty material to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the E.I.C. of work.

Fabrication & erection of steel shutters for electrical niches as per following specifications: FRAME: The shutter of suitable dimensions for electrical nitch shall be made out of 16 G.M.S. sheet. The shutter frame shall be 1-1/2”x1-1/2”x1-1/2” channel frame 4 Nos. ‘L’ type holdfasts for fixing the same on the wall. The size of the shutter frame should be suitable for 2 Nos. door angels/ single panel depending upon the size of nitches. DOOR PANEL: The door panel shall have support in U-Shape formation made from 16 G.M.S. sheet with 4”x3/4”M.S. channel duly spot welded to give additional strength. The door panel shall be fixed with frame with the help of concealed M.S. hinges of suitable size having good strength. The door panel shall be provided with a bolting arrangement either of Godrej type or such type so as to interlock the door panel with frame. The handle shall be of superior quality and nickel plated to facilitate its opening. The door panel must have as arrangement to provide a pad lock. FINISHING: The frame & the door panel should be given anti-rust, anti-grease and phosphate treatment with 3 in 1 paste and then spray painted with two coats of paint of superior quality. The shutter should be earthed properly with the existing earth with No.8SWG wire after erasing the paint from the body of the shutter. The rate includes cost of all labour and material reqd. to complete the job to the satisfaction of the EIC.
