Supply & fixing of OEM made Junction box IP-66/67 made out of Polycarbonate with Glass fiber reinforced of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm (minimum) with 5 Nos. OEM made connectors/ terminal blocks. The Jn. Box and connectors/terminal blocks should be supplied by OEM. The terminal blocks/ connectors should be of Hensel / Wago / Elmax / Siemens make only and junction box shall be of Hensel make KF-1616 G or its equivalent Clipsal / Legrand / Rittal / Schneider / ABB make only. The Junction box shall be fire retardant and self-extinguishing. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The job includes the cost of cable glands for cable entry, mounting kit for pipe and post installation, fixing screw, all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge of work.

S/E of 7 Meter long Hot dipped Galvanized octagonal pole made out from high tensile steel of minimum thickness 3mm complete with the base plate of minimum size 220mm x 220mm x 12mm along with inbuilt lockable junction box which should be operated with single key and having provisions of connectors of Elmax / Connectwell / Essen / Wago make for incoming and outgoing cable termination and one no. 6 Amp single pole MCB 10KA of C series for each Luminaire. The octagonal pole should have bottom diameter of 130mm A/F and top diameter of 70mm A/F. The size of the pole and foundation bolts shall be suitable to withstand the maximum wind speed/pressure as per IS-875(Part-3):2015. There should be no any circumferential welding on the pole as per IS 10178: 1995/IS 9595:1996. The material of shaft shall comply with to BSEN 10025:2004/ IS2062:2011 Gr.E350BR/IS 5986:2011 Gr.355, base plate-as per IS 2062:2011 Gr.E250A, foundation bolt as per IS 1367:1994. Poles should be hot dipped galvanized in single dip to 65 microns (min.) confirming to IS 4759: 1996 / IS 2629:1958 / BSEN ISO 1461:2009. The design of the octagonal pole should conform to the IS 875 Part-3: 2015, IS 800: 2007 / IS 6533:1989(P-2) / BS 5649: 1985/EN 40, ILE TR-7:2000. The design safety factor for the pole should be as per ILE TR-7. The octagonal poles shall be erected in the existing RCC foundation with 4 Nos. ‘J’ type M20x700mm long galvanized foundation bolts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge as required at site. The octagonal pole should be of Surya / BPP / Utkarsh / Bajaj / Transrail / Keselec / Valmont make only.
