7.5/9 mtr. Long Pole

Supply and Erection of LED street light driver at a height of 9/10 mtr. long pole with the help of crane. The job include cost of dismantling and erection of existing fitting etc required to complete the job. The job includes the cost of 3 Nos. Labour, making connections, testing, commissioning and labour etc. as required to the entire satisfaction of Engineer IN Charge. The Driver should be of Bajaj/Wipro/Philips/ Surya/ make. The driver should be compatible with the existing driver.

LED diver of 45 watt

Supply and Erection of Cement Collar and Jn. Box at the base of the pole with the detailed specification as given below.:

Jn. Box Construction:

Supply & fixing of OEM made Junction box IP-66/67 made out of Polycarbonate with Glass fiber reinforced of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm (minimum) with 5 Nos. OEM made connectors/ terminal blocks. The Jn. Box and connectors/terminal blocks should be supplied by OEM. The terminal blocks/ connectors should be of Hensel / Wago / Elmax / Siemens make only and junction box shall be of Hensel make KF-1616 G or its equivalent Clipsal / Legrand / Rittal / Schneider / ABB make only. The Junction box shall be fire retardant and self-extinguishing. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The job includes the cost of cable glands for cable entry, mounting kit for pipe and post installation, fixing screw, all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge of work.

Cement Collar:

The box shall be enclosed in a Cement Collar having outside diameter of 16” made from cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

The collar shall be embedded in the ground upto 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have height equal to PVC Junction box and 8” top over the box.

The collar shall be provided with 2 Nos. DWC Pipes of 50mm dia 45cm long each to facilitate the entry of cables in the Jn. Box.

The collar shall be plastered, properly finished and painted with 2 coats of exterior apex of superior quality.

The item includes other petty material to complete the job including new thimbles & making connections.

The job includes all labour and petty material inclusive of putty required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer In Charge of the work.

Painting of existing outdoor cubical pedestal with red paint after removing the rust from the pedestal. The pedestal shall be painted with 2 coat paint after one coat of primer. The job includes the cost of labour& all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C of the work.

Dismantling of existing damaged cement collar from the steel tabular pole. The job include cost of dismantling of incoming and outgoing connection from the junction box. The job also include throwing of malba into dumping ground, cost of all labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction engineer in charge of the work.

Supply and erection of junction box cover made of fiber Sheet of size 3 mm thick. The fiber cover shall be installed on existing junction box with the help of 4 Nos. screw. The job include cost of all labour charges and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing two coats of superior quality snowcem in the existing collar and Painting of junction box. The junction box shall be painted with 2 coat red paint after rubbing the dust from the junction box. The job includes the cost of labour& all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C of the work.

Supply and erection of steel tabular pole IS-410 SP-27 swaged and welded in three steps 9 Mtr. long weight 108 Kgs. as per IS 2713 (Part I & II 1980) amended upto date with the following specifications:

The pole shall have a sectional length of 5.0-2.0-2.0 Mtr.

The thickness of each section should be 114.30 x 5.40 mm, 88.9 x 4.85 mm and 76.10 x 3.25 mm

The circular base plate-10G more than over all dia of bottom of the pole duly welded shall be provided.

The pole shall be erected 1.50 Mtr. below ground level in 10” internal diaready made RCC muff 1.5 Mtr. in length. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4. The job includes the cost of cutting of road / pucca floor for erection of pole.

The cost includes carriage, all labour and material including installation of Pole to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and erection of steel tabular pole IS-410 SP-6 swaged and welded in three steps 7.5 Mtr. long weight 93 Kgs. as per IS 2713 (Part I & II 1980) amended upto date with the following specifications:

The pole shall have a sectional length of 4.5-1.5-1.5 Mtr.

The outside diameter and thickness of each section should be 114.5 x 5.40 mm, 88.9 x 4.85 mm and 76.1 x 3.25 mm

The circular base plate-10 Gauge more than over all dia of bottom of the pole duly welded shall be provided.

The pole shall be erected 1.25 Mtr. below ground level in 6” internal dia readymade RCC muff 1.25 Mtr. in length. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4. The job includes the cost of cutting of road / pucca floor for erection of pole.

The cost includes carriage, all labour and material including installation of Pole to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

G.I. PIPE BRACKET.

Fabrication, Supply, and Erection of G.I. Pipe (Medium Class) Bracket with suitable size of nipple for mounting the LED street light fitting with the following specifications.

The bracket shall be made by Medium Class GI pipe of 50mm dia with an angle of inclination 1050 & 3 Feet overhang.

The 50mm dia G.I. pipe shall be connected to a 100mm dia G.I. pipe 45cm long & canopy with top end closed with 14 GMS sheet to avoid entry of rain water in the pole.

The 50mm dia pipe shall be welded at a distance of 2” from the close end with 100mm dia GI pipe.

The canopy shall be slipped over the top section of octagonal pole & fixed with 2 Nos. ½ “ dia GI Nuts & Bolts.

A triangular 14 GMS sheet piece of 2” shall be welded between two pipes.

The bracket should have also the provision of suitable size of nipple for fixing of the fitting. The job includes the cost of all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Engineer in Charge, before installation at site.

The make of Medium Class G.I Pipe should be Jindal / Hindustan / SAIL / Tata make only.

Single Arm Bracket made out of 50mm dia. G.I Pipe with 3 feet overhang.

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 45Watt LED Street Light fitting complete with pressure die cast aluminum housing, Electronic LED Driver Power supply & related accessories with the following specifications to be installed on existing GI pipe bracket on the existing S/L pole up to 9 meter long. The job includes the cost of making connections with 3x1.5 sq. mm. copper wire, testing, commissioning and labour etc. as required to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. The LED Street Light fitting should be of Philips/ Crompton/ Panasonic/ Trilux/ Bajaj/ Wipro/ Havells/ LT/ Jaquar/ Surya make only as per DNIT Item No.12.

Supply and Laying of following XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid in existing DWC/RCC/HUME pipe as required at site. The job include the cost of making connections with suitable size of Al. Lugs/thimbles, testing, commissioning etc. as required to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Repair of existing cement collar. The job includes cost of labour charges, cement, sand, bajri and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC of the work.

Straightening of 7.5/9 mtr. long pole with the help of crane. The job includes cost of dismantling if required and erection of the same after digging of pit and straightening of pole including cost of labour and petty material required to complete the job.

S/E and fabrication of cubical pedestal door of size 1200x900mm. The cubical pedestal door to be installed on the existing pedestal with the help of 3 nos. hings and suitable size of nut and bolts required to complete the job. The job includes cost of welding set, labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

S/E of 7 Meter long Hot dipped Galvanized octagonal pole made out from high tensile steel of minimum thickness 3mm complete with the base plate of minimum size 220mm x 220mm x 12mm along with inbuilt lockable junction box which should be operated with single key and having provisions of connectors of Elmax / Connectwell / Essen / Wago make for incoming and outgoing cable termination and one no. 6 Amp single pole MCB 10KA of C series for each Luminaire. The octagonal pole should have bottom diameter of 130mm A/F and top diameter of 70mm A/F. The size of the pole and foundation bolts shall be suitable to withstand the maximum wind speed/pressure as per IS-875(Part-3):2015. There should be no any circumferential welding on the pole as per IS 10178: 1995/IS 9595:1996. The material of shaft shall comply with to BSEN 10025:2004/ IS2062:2011 Gr.E350BR/IS 5986:2011 Gr.355, base plate-as per IS 2062:2011 Gr.E250A, foundation bolt as per IS 1367:1994. Poles should be hot dipped galvanized in single dip to 65 microns (min.) confirming to IS 4759: 1996 / IS 2629:1958 / BSEN ISO 1461:2009. The design of the octagonal pole should conform to the IS 875 Part-3: 2015, IS 800: 2007 / IS 6533:1989(P-2) / BS 5649: 1985/EN 40, ILE TR-7:2000. The design safety factor for the pole should be as per ILE TR-7. The octagonal poles shall be erected in the existing RCC foundation with 4 Nos. ‘J’ type M20x700mm long galvanized foundation bolts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge as required at site. The octagonal pole should be of Surya / BPP / Utkarsh / Bajaj / Transrail / Keselec / Valmont make only.

Foundation for 8 Mtr. octagonal pole: Providing cement concrete foundation with the following specifications including excavation and finishing the surface to original.
