Dismantling precast RCC slab panels laid on the brick walls, including stacking of the serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge N.S

Removing mortar from Precast RCC slab panels including stacking with a lead of 50 m (each panel to be measured) complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge .N.S

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Laying old available, dismantled precast cement cocrete panels in required line, level and pattern over the existing brick walls, including the cost of carriage from the local stacking place complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge. N.S

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (DSR 5.22.A)

Providing and applying water proofing treatment, after thoroughly cleaning the surface with wire brushes or other suitable material, thereby removing all the loose concrete, dirt, etc. After cleaning, first coat of primer shall be provided with equal mixing of Dr. Fixit URP or equivalent product with same quantity of cement. There after open fibermesh-150, size 2.5mm x 2.5mm, micro-reinforcement system for concrete made from 100% virgin polypropylene monofilament fibers shall be laid on the wet primer including overlapping of mesh as per manufacturers specifications, mesh shall be designed to control plastic shrinkage and settlement cracking. Thereafter 2 coats of acrylic polymer modified cementations coating of Dr. Fixit fast flex or equivalent product shall be provided. The material shall have properties like elongation at break 120% and 5 bar resistance to positive water pressure, adhesive strength ASTM D7234-0.8N/MM2, water vapour transmission as per ASTME96 of 0.7 perms and cracks bridging ability as per EN 1062-7 upto 2 mm. It shall be applied @0.42-0.50 Kg/Sqm in form of slurry. The work shall be got executed from authorised applicator of the company whose material is being used. There shall be span of 6-8 hours between 1st & 2nd coat, 2nd coat shall be laid perpendicular to 1st Coat. Coarse sand shall be sprinkled while the second coat is still wet. The application of material shall be air cured for 5 days and then ponding test shall be done, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Change. NS

Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg. of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand for expansion joints.(DSR 5.27)

Providing and Fixing of UV Resistant Plasticized PVC geo-textile protection fleece as per EN 13956, GB 12952 Type P & EN ISO 9001/14001, to be laid on the surface with the following minimum characteristics: Thickness 1.5 mm, weight 1.95 Kg/ sqm, reaction to fire : Class E as per EN ISO 11925-2, 13501-1, Water vapor transmission properties 15000 as per EN 1931, Joint peel resistance N/50 mm as per EN 12316-2, Joint sheer resistant : 500 N/50 mm; Tensile strength 8.5 N/mm2; Elongation 180%, Resistance to impact for hard substrate 500 mm, soft substrate 1000, as per EN 12691; Resistance to static load :rigid substrate 20 kg : soft substrate 20 kg; Dimensional stability %0.2 as per EN 1107-2; resistance to root penetration as per FLL EN 13948. The sheet shall be fixed on the thoroughly cleaned surface with use of 2 component Polyurethane adhesive like Sika Sarnacol-2152 at coverage of 0.50 to 1.0 Kg/ sqm, which is compatible with the geotextile fleece. The 2 components PU adhesive shall have Polyols (minimum density 1.60 kg/litre) and Isocyanate derivatives (minimum density 1.20 kg/litre) as component A&B respectively. The component A&B shall be mixed in ratio 100:19 or as per manufacturer’s specification to achieve desired results. The overlap of the sheet at joints and edges shall be minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturer specifications. The sheet shall be mechanically fastened to the surface, including the cost of U- Bar, Anchors, Termination bars, KTL washer & PVC bond, these accessories shall be compatible with geo- textile protection fleece sheet. The work shall have got executed through the company authorized applicators of the product. The product shall have life expectancy of more than 30 years and guarantee shall be given for 10 years, for which 5 % security shall be deducted. The agency shall have to submit warrantee certificate from the company whose product has been used by the agency, the work shall be undertaken as per manufacturer’s specifications. The work shall be got executed from authorized applicator of the company product complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.N.S

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works above plinth upto V level concrete of Grade M-10 With Minimum Cement content 220Kg/Cum.(DSR.4.20.2.1)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.(DSR.4.12)

Extra for addition of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre of length 12mm effective diameter 10-40 microns and specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 in cement concrete / RCC / Flooring / water retaining structures by using 125 gms of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre for 50 Kg cement used as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(DSR.4.18)

Providing and fixing of IRC fabric mesh sheet panels of box size 100 mm x 100 mm thickness 3 mm on the existing surface, as per the required sizee as per site requirement, so that the concrete layer is provided on the surface. The IRC fabric mesh,shall be laid as such there is no uplift of the mesh, is to be laid as per the requirement of the site complete in all respectes and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. 10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat: With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) brick tile of class designation 10.(DSR.12.16.1)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.(DSR.15.60)
