Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil DSR 2.6.1

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking : Earth upto 1 km DSR 1.1.2

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres. DSR 16.1

Providing and laying of Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick on the existing prepared subgrade, before the laying of lean concrete layer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR 4.1.8

Brickwork with comman burnt clay FPS (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DSR 6.1.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls, Under 20 cm wide DSR 5.9.16.1

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-40 grade, in roads/ pavements, using cement content as per design mix, with minimum flexural strength of 45 kg per square centimeter, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, panels to be laid in alternate pattern, also making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine as per drawings of the work, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants (sealant to be paid separately), complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer Note:- Cement content considered in M-40 is @ 360 kg/cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.

Providing and fixing of 25mm dia, 500mm long M.S. dowel bar with 37mm dia 325 mm long GI pipe sleeve with end cap to be welded, the sleeve to be filled with grease for the smooth movement of the dowel bar, including placing the same in required position with required centering and shuttering, complete as per drawing and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS

Providing and fixing of 12mm dia, 580mm long M.S. Tie bars including placing the same in required position with required centering and shuttering, complete as per drawing and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge complete as per drawing and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS

Extra for addition of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre of length 12mm effective diameter 10-40 microns and specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 in cement concrete / RCC / Flooring / water retaining structures by using 125 gms of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre for 50 Kg cement used as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.DSR 4.18

Providing and laying of Paper backed compressible heat resisting debonding strip, 5mm thick, 8mm wide, on the existing concrete surface, after thoroughly cleaning the concrete surface, before the filling of sealant in the joint complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS

Providing and laying of Paper backed compressible heat resisting debonding strip, 2mm thick, 8mm wide, on the existing concrete surface, after thoroughly cleaning the concrete surface, before the filling of sealant in the joint complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS

Providing and laying of liquid polysulphide polymer for joint sealing, on the already laid debonding strip for a width of 8mm and depth of 10mm for the contraction joints. The characterstics of the polysulphide polymer shall be as : Color : grey; Solid contents 97%-100%; Service temperature -40 to 85, Shore A hardness minimum 7, specific gravity 1.55 - 1.65. The pouring of material shall be done as per the detailing sketch for the joints, complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS

Providing and laying of liquid polysulphide polymer for joint sealing, on the already laid debonding strip for a width of 8mm and depth of 09 mm for the longitudinal joints. The characterstics of the polysulphide polymer shall be as : Color : grey; Solid contents 97%-100%; Service temperature -40 to 85, Shore A hardness minimum 7, specific gravity 1.55 - 1.65. The pouring of material shall be done as per the detailing sketch for the joints, complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS
