Construction of Wet Mix Macadam to confirming to clause 406 of MORT&H specification (5th edition) having as laid, density of 2.2gm/c.c by providing laying, spreading and compacting clean, crushed aggregate and granular material conforming to Table 400-12 (Physical characteristics) and Table 400-13 (grading) of MORT&H Specifications (5th edition). The material shall be premixed with water at OMC in Mixing Plant/Pan type mixer/Pug MIll and mixed material carried to site by tippers and spread uniformly and evenly on the prepared sub base/base by with the help of tractor with planner of adequate capacity and all high and low spots remedied by removing or adding aggregate, as required and rolled with 8-10 tones roller to achieved/desired density. It shall included the cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barriers, safety temporary warning lamps at night, chowkidar, maintenance of diversion etc. Complete in all respects as per MORT&H specification, drawings and the instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing manufactured precast concrete kerb of size 300mm x 300mm having 150mm thickness duly vibrated mechanically anf compacted made of P.C.C. 1:2:4 duly cured and inished. The rate further include filing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respexct and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S. item

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey coloured / designer polished Manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process of make NTC, Golden, Uni Stone & Sham tiles with Cement and fine aggregate mix ratio 3:1 (three cement and one fin aggregate) and under layer consisting of design of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M- 35 including best quality of colour and hardening agent. The should be complied with tensile strength and breaking load a per BlS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS:1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The tile should be laid over a layer of 25 mm thick screened sand to be required slop and filling the joints with fine sand etc. and requirement complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of |Engineer-in-charge (Based on DSR 16.68) N.S.
