Providing and fixing ISI Marked water proof 30 mm thick flush door shutters of pine frame sesoned and treated with seasoned pine filler and 2.5 mm gurjan core, fungus resistant , eco friendly with 1mm thick laminated on both side with phenol formaldehyde resin conforming to IS: 848;complete in all respect.

Providing and installation of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets ( size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by the Enginner in charge ) 0.5mm +-5% total coated thickness TCT) thick zinc coating 100gsm as per IS 277 in 240omp steel grade,5-4 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat of 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches while transportration and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metres or as desired by the engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed by using self drilling/self trapping screws of size(5.5x55mm) with EPMD seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with whitel ead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete in all repsects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
