Erection, testing and commissioning, of 315 KVA P/M T/F on platform including loading / unloading and transportation of same from store to site of work and making all HT/LT Connection / Earthing by supply & fixing of aluminum thimbles and aluminum flat of approximate size 150mm x 50mm x 10 mm complete in all respect as required at site with supply of 3.5 x `120mm2 cable as required at site for jumper of GO Switch & HT connection between T/F. (Note: 315 KVA TF will be supplied by the department ).

Making of 4 (Four) Pole Structure for installation of 315KVA Distribution Pole Mounting Transformer complete as required at site. The job including the cost of Supply and Erection of following items:- (as per standard design/drawing attached at Page no.35 of the DNIT) 2.1 Supply & Erection of 4 pole structure made of steel tubular pole from steel of ultimate tensile strength of (42kgf/Sq.mm) having overall length of 10 mtr long and approximate weight 168kg. Designation 410 SP-44 conforming to IS-2713(part-I & II)/1980 or latest version thereof as per detailed technical specifications of DNIT with Supply & Erection of following items(as per standard design/Drawing) 2.2 Supply & Erection of RCC MUFF 10” dia. 2 mtr. long filled with 1:4:6 cement concrete mixture.= 4 No. 2.3 Supply & Erection of 4 Nos. MS channel iron 100x50x6mm, 6 feet long on top of the structure. 2.4 Supply & Erection of 1 No. MS angle iron X-Arm size 50x50x6mm x 7ft long on top of the structure for supporting earth wire with earth reels, nuts and bolts. 2.5 Supply & Erection of 11 KV Fuse unit consisting of 2 Nos. MS angle iron 50x50x6mm x7ft long. The job complete in all respect as per site requirement.= 1 No. 2.6 Supply & Erection of 4 Nos. MS channel iron 100x50x6mm, 7 feet long for making platform on 4 pole structure. 2.7 Supply & Erection of 2 Nos. MS channel iron 100x50x6mm, 7 feet long for making T/F bed on platform. 2.8 Supply & Erection of 2 Nos. 11 KV Danger plates of size 10”x10”x14 gauge as per standard design of the department along with nuts and bolts for each structure duly written in two languages(Hindi & English) and mark of danger. (Drawing Attached at Page no. 38 of DNIT) 2.9 Supply and erection of barbed wire 2 kg on each pole. = 8 Kg. 2.10 Supply and erection of Nuts and Bolts, J bolts of required quantity. 2.11 Painting of 4 (Four) pole structure complete structure with 1st quality of aluminum paint with 2 coats after preparing the surface and applying the primer complete job in all respect as required at site. = 1Job.

S/E LT ACB 630 Amps Supply & Erection of following items as below:- a) Supply, installation, erection, testing and commissioning of LT ACB 630 Amp. Capacity triple pole and having neutral link arrangement, manually operated, fixed type, suitable for 415 volt 50 Hz, three phase, four wire AC supply confirming to IS-13947 part-II of 1993 with upto date amendments and equipped with thermal over load protection setting 75 to 100% and magnetic fix short circuit protection with minimum 50 KA breaking capacity (35 MVA at 433 volt), the LT ACB should be housed in iron clad minimum 14 SWG steel sheet all weather proof enclosure with conopy of minimum size (550mm width x 900 mm height x 825 mm depths) having openable single door from front side with locking arrangement. All naked part in the enclosure should be covered with backlight sheet. 2 No knock out holes of 100 mm dia should be provided on the bottom for entrance of LT incoming and outgoing cables through GI pipe. The enclosure should be painted with two coats of first quality paint after red oxide primer. Job also includes the supply and erecting of 6 No. LT links of 630 Amp. Capacity made out of Aluminum strip of size 50 x 10 mm2 and 300 mm in length insulated with PVC sleeve for connecting the LT incoming and outgoing cables with ACB. Aluminum ‘L’ type links should be rest on DMC appoxy contacts supported on MS angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and 22” long duly welded in the enclosure with suitable size of MS nuts & bolts. The enclosure shall be fixed on the 4-pole structure of pole mounted T/F at 3’-6” height from ground level with supply fabrication erecting of 2 no. MS Channel iron 100x100 x 50 x 6 mm 7 ft. length with 4 Nos. MS half clamps made out of MS flat 50 x 6 mm with suitable size of MS nuts & bolts. Complete in all respect. Note: - Make of LT ACB should be L&T /Schneider /Siemens/ABB/ and Havel’s.
