Servicing & preventative maintenance of existing 11 KV HT equipments installed in 11 KV substations Punjab and Haryana vidhan sabha sector-1 U.T., Chandigarh The 11 KV transformers (Oil/Dry type), 11 KV HT VCB/ACB panels (incoming /outgoing), Bus coupler (incoming /outgoing) & 11 KV HT CT PT units should be checked, cleaned from outside & inside. Thereafter the HT/ LT connections of transformers should be checked, tighten properly including replacement of loose/sparked thimbles etc. to make the same properly functional. The HT cable connections of the HT VCB/ACB panels should also be tighten including replacement of loose/ sparked thimble etc. to make it properly functional. The main bus bar of the HT panel should also be checked & tightening of connections also be done. It also includes proper greasing of the moveable parts of the HT VCB/ACB panels/ trolleys to make it smooth adjustment. The relays of the VCB/ACB panels should also be checked according to the running load for providing proper tripping during occurrence of fault. The power supply to the motors of the HT VCB/ACB panels & DC supply to the various relays in the VCB/ACB panels should also be checked & ensure properly working including tightening of sensing/control cables etc. The job includes all labour charges required to open the covers of transformers & HT VCB/ACB panels and CT PT unit etc. after switching off the HT supply & reinstallation of the cover after servicing & restoration of supply. The job includes all labour & material required to complete the job for retesting, commissioning of the equipments & to ensure the proper functioning. The work should be carried out as per satisfaction of EIC.
