15mm cement plaster: 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) (As per DSR 13.2.1)

Providing and fixing M.S. grill of size 4'-6" x 3'-0" on existing boundary wall consisting of vertical support of M.S. box 40x40x5mm (made out of two no angle iron of size 40x0x5mm) @ 4'-6" c/c and a frame of M.S. angle 40x40x5mm having size 4'-1/2" x2'-3" fixed to vertical supports with 4 no. rings of 2" dia made out of MS flat 40mm x5mm (2 nos. on each side) keeping gap of 3" from top of boundary wall MS fflat beading 25x5mm fixed in MS frame to support the IRC mesh as per drawing the top of grill provided with spikes made from MS flat of size 40mm x5mm by cuting tapper to make sharp edge. the grill provided with one no hold fast 4" long of M.S. angle 40x40x5mm and grouted to wall in block of CC 1:2:4 of size 9" x 9" x 1'-0" after making khuda and repairin the same. The joints of whole frame mittered and electrically flash welded, The rate include two or more coats of special quality paint over one coat of metal primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Light shade pigment using white cement (As per DSR 11.20.1)

Dismantling of Chequerred precast concrete tiles and plaster to making the surface clean for re-fixing the chequerred precast cement concrete tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge (N.S.)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (As per DSR 15.60)

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over existing chowkhat or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)
