Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources) DSR 5.1.2

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm DSR 8.2.2.1

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm DSR 11.41A.1.1

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. DSR 16.68

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter DSR 12.41.2

Providing and fixing of porta cabin size of 20’x20’x10’.6” consisting of 60mm thick PUF insulated Wall Panel with 0.40mm thick PPGI sheet both sides with PUF Density 44 Kg/m3 ±10% in metalic tongue and Groove joint system, cut to size, with no loading of wastage with additional 90º bends in Male & Female groove to have proper sealing, Strength & Air Tight joints Panel to Panel,CFC free & Ozone friendly and 40/70mm puf insulated Roof panel with 0.50mm thick corrugated profile sheet from outside and 0.40 mm thick Plain PPGI inside with PUF Density 42 Kg/m3 ± 5% with proper overlapping and projections on all sides, CFC free & Ozone friendly. The PUF insulated door with powder coated aluminium chowkhat and aluminium powder coated accessories accessories like Hinges, Handles, Aldrop and Tower bolts and powder coated aluminium sliding windows of size 1150x1150mm with two sliding glass shutters complete in all respect using Rollers, EPDM Gaskets and locking arrangements. The Prefabricated steel structure consist of main vertical columns of SHS 72x72x3.6mm, Purlins & Rafters of RHS 66x33x3.2mm duly welded with top/base plates with holes to tied the components with each other. The complete steel structure will be given two coats of zinc chromate primer.(Including Top/Bottom MS C-Channels and Counter frame of size 3'x1' complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge
