Supply & fabrication of Customized Aluminum shed of size 12’x12’ and 10’ height for CT/PT unit. The shed shall be covered with ACP sheet of suitable size and with aluminum frame. The top of the shed should be covered with fiber sheet and corrugated G.I sheet. The shed should have the door including handle with locking arrangement. The job includes cost of sand, bajri& cement for making the base of the shed. The job also includes the cost of labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.

DSR Item No.5.4 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

DSR Item No.5.9 Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply and erection of sheet metal bus-bar enclosure on the existing surface Bus bar. The enclosure should be made of M.S sheet 1.6 mm thick with detachable cover fitted with gasket and secured with sufficient no. of iron screw. The job includes cost of labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of LED Flood Light fitting complete with pressure die cast aluminum housing, Electronic LED Driver Power supply & related accessories with the following specifications to be installed on existing GI pipe bracket on the High Mast pole up to 16 meter long. The job includes the cost of making connections, testing, commissioning and labour etc. as required to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The LED Flood Light fitting should be of Philips / Wipro / Bajaj / Havells / Crompton / Jaquar / Surya / Panasonic/ Trilux/ LT make only as per DNIT Item No.11.

S/E of 2’x2’ LED fitting in Recess type with integral/ non integral driver to be installed in the existing false ceiling with 4 Nos. steel chain. The fittings should be installed at site with suitable arrangement and the cost includes of 4 nos. MS chain of suitable size and length for support of fittings. The fitting should be Philips / Wipro / Bajaj / Havells / Crompton / Jaquar / Surya / Panasonic/ Trilux/ LT make only. The job includes the cost of cutting of existing false ceiling of suitable size for erection of fitting with suitable arrangement etc. as required at site. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3x1.5 sq. mm. copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. The LED fittings should be as per following design criteria as per DNIT Item No.12.

S/E of surface Round Type in White Color 12 Watt LED down lighter with open integral driver. The down lighter should be of Philips / Wipro / Bajaj / Havells / Crompton / Jaquar / Surya / Panasonic/ Trilux/ LT make only. The fitting shall be installed on the existing surface with suitable arrangements. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. As required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of EIC as per DNIT Item No.13.

S/E of 1’x1’ LED fitting surface type square type with integral/ non integral driver to be installed on existing surface with the help of rawl plug & screws etc. The fitting should be Philips / Wipro / Bajaj / Havells / Crompton / Jaquar / Surya / Panasonic/ Trilux/ LT make only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3x1.5 sq. mm copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge as per DNIT Item No.14.

Supply and erection of modular type ceiling mounted fire extinguisher 10 kg capacity the job includes the cost of fastener and L-shape bracket if required as per site requirement. The job includes cost of other petty material and labour etc as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Erection of LED Surface spot light fitting of wattage 10 Watt. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, labour and other petty material required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of EIC. The make should be of Philips / Wipro / Bajaj / Havells / Crompton / Jaquar / Surya / Panasonic/ Trilux/ LT make only.

Supply/ Erection/Fabrication of MS 16 gauge steel shutter for 4 Nos. MCCB on the existing panel. The job includes the cost of dismantling, painting etc as required to complete the job. The job also includes the cost of labour and other petty material required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of the work.
