Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.1 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 13.1.1 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing basket ball pole having inverted L-shape with 30mm thick back board and basket. The inverted L-shape pole made out 6" dia x 4.5mm thick M.s pile having vertical member of 4.30 mt (14'-1") long and horizontal member of 3.25 mt (10'- ling which are futher strengthned with an included member of 2.13mt (7') long made out of 4" diax4.5mm thick. M.s pipe welded at thr distance of 1.52mt (5') from joint of pipes. The hold fast made out of MS plate of size 2'x1'x1/2" thick welded to the edge of horizontal member of ople. The ople should be embedded with cement concerete 1:2:4 block size 1'-6"x 1'-6" x3' in ground to keep the top of vertical member at height of 3.40 mt (11'-2") from floor of basket ball ground. The black board of size 1.80mtx 1.03 mt made of fiber glass fixed to the MS frame of same size made out angle iron 50mmx50mmx 5mm with nut and bolts as per standard design. This M.S frame having two vertical members at centre made out angle iron 50mmx50mmx5mm with M.S. gus set plate of size2'x1' is futher bolted to the gus set plate pole to support the back board. The basket having ring size if 450 dia made out of 20mm dia round M.S bar with hooks welded for hanging the net of 400mm long. The desigen of basket ball ring, net and fixing of same shall be as per guidlines. All steel surface are to be painted with two coats of specials quality paibnt over one coat of metal primer & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
