Fire Fighting System: The work includes operation, running and preventive maintenance of Fire Fighting System, as per the building requirement. The Fire Fighting Machinery is provided in the pump room alongwith electrical panel, Diesel Engine Pump, Hydrant Pump, Jockey Pump. The agency have to maintain the external and internal Hydrant System operational round the clock through out year even on holidays/ festivals. The building is also provided with fire extinguishers which the agency have to maintain with regular checking of the system. The Agency has to run the plant 24 x 7 as per requirement of Client Department including cleaning of Plant Room, Hydrants, Hose Real Box, RRL Hose Pipe, Branch Pipe, Extinguishers, Terrace Pumps and Overhead Fire tanks. The contractor will supervise the system regularly and will submit his report for any additional maintenance required as per norms of OEM to insure the satisfactory functioning of the plant.The agency have to test the system regular monthly basis and submit the testing report with photographs/ softcopies so that same can be forwarded to Client department. The agency is fully responsible for the safety of his manpower supplied at site with Torch,Cell, Uniform, Identity Card including cost of all T&P required to up keep the system in working order. The cost of work also includes deployement of staff for running of Fire Fighting Plant as per DNIT including cost of uniform, identity card, Attendence of staff, EPF & ESI as per direction of EIC. The payment to the agency will be made on monthly basis and agency should be capable for making the payment to the engaged staff for at least 3 Months. The payment will be made to the agency on submission of documentary proof of EPF & ESI deposited for the engaged staff for the work. The agency will be fully responsible for trouble free operation/ running and maintenance of Central A.C. Plant as the critical area's of Mental Health Institute alongwith other official departments of Hospital.

Air Conditioning System: The work includes operation, running and preventive maintenance of Central A.C. Plant of VRF System installed in the building with G.I. Ducting, Valves, Grills, Diffusers, AHU's, FCU's, etc. The Agency has to run the plant 24 x 7 as per requirement of Client Department including cleaning of filters, Grills, Diffusers, AHU Rooms & Plant Rooms and keep the machinary in running condition including cost of T&P, Cleaning material required to up keep the machinary in good condition. The contractor will supervise the system regularly and will submit his report for any additional maintenance required as per norms of OEM to insure the satisfactory functioning of the plant. The agency will be fully responsible for trouble free operation/ running and maintenance of Central A.C. Plant as the critical area's of Mental Health Institute alongwith other official departments of Hospital is being Air Conditioned through the Central A.C. Plant. (This DNIT not include any work of chiller which will be comprehensively maintained through Orginal Manufacturer.)

Solar Water Heating System: The work includes Operation, running and preventive maintenance of 4 x 2000 Ltr Hot Water System including cleaning of Collector's. The agency have to maintain the system in working order and keep the machinary in running condition including cost of T&P, Cleaning material required to up keep the machinary in good condition. The contractor will supervise the system regularly and will submit his report for any additional maintenance required as per norms of OEM to insure the satisfactory functioning of the plant.
