Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Golden Champ (kiln seasones) glazed window shutter with 75mm thick wide styles and top and bottom rails. the rate includes the cost of 4mm glass panes fixed with 3/4'' x 3/4'' Hollock wood corner beading 2 Nos. Aluminium belt and Aluminium D-type handle 4" size the window shutter to be painted with two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Golden Champ wire gauge window shutter with style and 75mm thick wide rails and 12 x 22 gauge wire mesh fixed with 1/2'' x 3/4'' corner beading and including the 2 Nos. of 4'' iron hinges ISI marked aluminium, tower bolt handle etc. The rate also including two coats of special qualtiy paint over one coat of primer complete in complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Golden Champ chawkhats (kiln seasoned) including cost of straps iron holds fast hinges, screws, nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chawkhats.
