Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead (DSR 15.27)

Retile terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by reusing dismantled tile or bricks after cleaning and making tile servicalbe for reuse and cleaning the mother slab propoerly (75mm old earth and 25mm new earth) after performing water proofing treatment which will be paid seperately. Laying 10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat brick tile, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones (the cost of the new mud included) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
