Supply & erection of fresh air fan high speed motor with copper wound 10” sweep with louver and plastic body complete with high speed motor, blades, epoxy powder coated of Havells make Ventiliar DX White / Orient make Ventilator / Crompton make Brisk Air/ Bajaj make 70049 250mm sweep only. The job includes cost of making connection with suitable rating copper wire to the adjacent light points and installed on wall with making suitable arrangement by providing frame of required size made out 6mm thick water proof plywood to be installed with suitable size rag bolts, nuts after making suitable size hole in the wall if required at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/E of ceiling fans with copper winding but without regulator complete with aluminium blades, plastic canopies 2 Nos. double ball bearing, MS hanging rods, condenser, reels, clamps etc. The body of fan and blades should be white in colour. The job includes the cost of making necessary connections from the adjacent light point with 1.5sq.mm single core copper conductor cable. The sample of fans shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge of work before installation at site. The job also includes the cost of carriage, erection, testing, commissioning of fan, all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S/E of LED 8W/ 9 W. bollard fitting. The bollard should be approximately (800 mm long and 200 mm wide) from the top of the fitting. The bollard should be made out of extruded aluminium profile and die cast aluminium base with PMMA/ Opal diffuser bollard painted with superior quality of paint. The job includes the cost of making foundation with 1:2:4 ratio cement, sand & concrete mixture and the bollard should be fixed on the same. This includes the cost of making incoming & outgoing connections with 1.5 sq. mm. copper wire on Jn. Box to fitting. The job includes the cost of 4 Nos. Nuts & bolts grouted in foundation for fixing the bollard. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning &making connection with suitable rating of copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

S/E of 10/12 Watt. LED Bulk Head Luminaries weather proof frosted light with PMMA/ PC reflector and silicon gasket to be installed on surface. The LED fitting should have minimum system Lumen output minimum 800 Lumen and the driver of the fitting should be workable on 140-260 Volt. The colour temperature of LED should be minimum 5000 degree Kelvin. The fitting should be of IP-65/66. The LED should have a life of 50000 burning Hours. The fitting should have THD10% and power factor 0.9 or above. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.
