DSR Item No. 5.1 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

DSR Item No. 5.12 Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

DSR Item No 14.16 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. Conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. Direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. Complete as required.

DSR ITEM NO. 2.8.1 (CIVIL WORK) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

DSR ITEM NO. 5.22.6 (CIVIL WORK) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

DSR ITEM NO. 5.2 (CIVIL WORK) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement:

DSR ITEM NO. 5.9.1 (CIVIL WORK) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete Size 4 (0.35 x 0.70) = 0.98 Sq. Mtr. 0.98 Sq. Mtr. x 18 Nos. = 17.64 Sq. Mtr.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5 Meter height MS decorative type steel tubular pole suitable for installation of street light fixture, duly primed and painted. The pole shall be painted with MRF Poly urethane paint of approved colour. The bottom and middle embellishment are cast in iron and upper ring are cast in aluminium, fixed to the column by grub screw. The cloumn shall be provided with inbuilt loop box, earth stud with 4 way 25 Amp heavy duty connector, 1 No. SP MCB and shall have matching flush door, fabricated & painted complete & making cement concrete foundation of size 500mm x 500mm x 700mm depth complete with S/F 16mm dia. 8 inch long hot dip galvanized L-type Anchor bolts, plastering the same with fine sand and having horizontal top surface without any slope including two coats of trump exterior paint complete as required. The job also include the cost of supply & erection of decorative ornamental bracket on the top of pole as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

The pole shall be divided in two sections:

Top – Dia. 75mm. Length 4000mm (3.2mm thick)

Bottom – Dia. 114mm. Length 1000mm (4.0mm thick)

Base plate - 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick duly welded to cloumn

Supply and Erection of 40-45 Watt LED Post Top Lantern fittings made of cast alum. Housing with inbuilt Heat sinks. A UV stabilized PC/PMMA diffuser is provided for Glare Free Lighting with high visual comfort to complete with Electronic LED Driver Power supply & related accessories with the following specifications to be installed on existing pole. The make & model of the fitting should be of Bajaj Make BGCP 45 Watt LED WW/ Wipro LP06-351-XXX-57-XX 35 W LED/ Surya SLE PT 40 W RIGEL/ Mayfair MF PTL LED 651 45 W/Twinkle LuxMax-PT-151-L/ Panasonic PPTM02408 or its equivalent to Phillips/LT/Havells/ Crompton make only as per DNIT Item No.8.

Supply and Laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following size to be laid in the existing HDPE/ DWC pipe as required. The job included labour charges of laying the cable and making connections etc.

Supply and erection of sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions made from 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm thick M.S angle iron frame, covered with 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly welded on five sides and front side hinged complete with locking arrangement with 4 Nos. switchgear supporting members each of M.S. flat 50 mm X 6 mm thick of suitable length duly welded. The cubical pedestal shall have 4 Nos. legs of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm each 60 cm long M.S. angle iron each long including painting, bonding to the existing earth etc. the same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15cm high form ground level and 45 mm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete platform.

Providing and fixing following rating MCCB 4 pole 415 Volt (Thermal magnetic) with MS enclosure for Over load and short circuit protection, 25 KA (Min.) Breaking capacity (Ics=100% of Icu) with positive isolation. The overload & short circuit release shall be of Adjustable Type. The MCCB is to be installed in MS enclosure/ cubical panel (Fixed in existing pedestal with nut and bolt) with suitable arrangement and making connections with suitable rating of copper wire/ copper strip etc. as required. The MCCB should be of make L&T/ Siemens/ Schneider/ ABB/ Legrand make only. The job also includes the cost of suitable size of MS enclosure for installation of MCCB of the same make as proposed for the MCCB.

Labour charges for horizontal boring 1 mtr. below ground level including cost of 2 nos. pit digging and refilling complete in all respects upto entire satisfaction of the EIC of the work.

DSR 15.4.3 Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of following configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight(Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required.
