Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Modular type outdoor units  equipped with highly efficient multiple  scroll/ DC twin rotary compressors fully inverter controlled (individual inverter for each compressor) i.e. changes its speed in accordance to the variation in cooling loads, special heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting and capacity as mentioned below including all hardware & accessories & including full charging of R-410A refrigerant gas complete i/c powder coating complete as per specifications. The units should be with necessary weather protection coating. The coating should be done before bringing the units to site. Out door units  shall be provided with MS stand of suitable size duly painted with  corrosion resistant paint suitable for outdoor application.

All the units shall be provided with built-in microprocessor control panel, for automatic operation and capacity control, Refrigerant Cooled PCB, Automatic Refrigerant charge function

All compressor shall have inverter technology i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor .

All Bidders has to submit the test certificates along with the delivery of VRF/VRV Units at site. A draft Format of the same need to be submitted along with in the Technical Bid

Variable refrigerant flow modular type air- conditioning system suitable for Cooling/Heating by inverter driven capacity control compressor Outdoor unit having minimum COP 3.5 at 100% and minimum 6.5 at 50% Load, at 35 deg C ambient temperature in cooling conditions (To crosscheck COP orginal data sheet to be provided from OEM )

Insurance of Units ,Unloading at site, placement of Outdoor Units on the foundation,stands, co-ordination during execution, rendering necessary guidance for execution, supervision, testing, commissioning and startup of above mentioned VRF/VRV by OEM.

Note: The civil foundations reqd shall be made by the Vendor/Contractor

5.0 HP (Heating and Cooling mode of single phase machine)

THE ENTIRE EQUIPMENT INCLUDING INSTALLATION & GAS CHARGING ETC. SHALL CARRY A WARRANTY OF 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF COMMISIONING AND HANDING OVER FOR COMPLETE RUNNING OF THE SYSTEM

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity of VRV/VRF Hi Wall Units equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor or as per OEM, coil section with DX Copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, drain pump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation, cord less/Corded remote control, etc., suitable for operation on single phase 230 V ± 10%, 50Hz AC supply, complete, as required. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature

Supply and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the VRF system including refnet joints etc. complete in all respects duly insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber class 'O' of K-Flex,Armacell,A-Flex with UV barrier film as per specifications of the manufacturer. the contractor shall submit a detailed drawing approved by the manufacturer showing the piping sizes & layout to be followed at the site with the tender document. the contractor shall also get the drawings showing outdoor units in connection with indoor units approved from the department/hvac consultant in original from and then the head office of the manufacturer with a certificate stating that the piping layout is as per company specifications for full functioning of the VRF system. all piping shall be run in cable trays in interior and for exterior there shall be a cable tray both at the bottom and the top. all support system required for the installation of cable trays in interior or exterior shall be in the scope of the HVAC contarctor and nothing extra shall be paid for it. All HVAC piping , drainage and Cabling etc shall run at a height of 6 inches below RCC slab or as per site requirment on continuous cable tray of appropriate sizes. all beams shall be core cut to allow for passage of pipes etc & filled back with expanded polyurethene foam or any cement or plaster. rates quoted are inclusive of core cutting and cable tray etc complete in
