Supply & erection of Wall Fan 400mm sweep oscillating type complete with blades with regulator. The wall fan should be provided with double string i.e. one no. controlling oscillating and one for speed. The cost including connection with adjacent light points.

S/E of 14 GMS sheet frame of suitable size for erection of exhaust fan. The hole should be suitable required size for exhaust fan shall be cut from the centre of the sheet duly fixed on existing M.S glazing. The exhaust fan frame shall be painted on both sides with superior quality paint after one coat of primer. The job includes the cost of 2 Nos. M.S. strips of 25 x 6mm for proper holding the Exhaust fan and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.

S/E of recess type LED down lighter with open integral driver. The down lighter should be of Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/Twinkle/ Crompton/ Jaquar make only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. As required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of EIC as per DNIT Item No.22.

Supply and laying of XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid on surface. The job includes labour charges of laying the cable and making connections etc. The cable should be of Havells/ Polycab/ RR Kable/ KEI make only.

Aluminum conductor armoured cable 95sq.mm 3 ½ core.

LT PANEL: Supply, erection testing and commissioning of L.T. Cubical panel indoor type with degree of protection IP–54 as per IS 8623/93 cold rolled sheet steel 1.6mm thick for frame work, enclosure & doors, 3mm thick for gland plates with stiffeners fabricated and MS channel of size 50mmx50mmx6mm at the base and MS flat of suitable size (horizontal/vertical construction) in single piece for single supply respectively having separate fully compartment aliased and front and back side openable doors for each switch/BBC etc. Each door would be vermin dust proof. The panel shall have air dissipation design.(slotted) The panel should be nicely painted with powder coated superior quality paint after degreasing and phosphate treatment. The panel should be marked with the incoming and outgoing feeder. The panel is to be installed at site by making suitable arrangements and should be bonded to existing earth with the help of spring washers thimbles etc. to secure firm contact. The job includes main interconnections (duly tape) with solid Aluminium bars of requisite cross section capable of taking full load current between each SFU’s / MCCB’s / contactors / MCBDP’s and bus bar. All the incoming and outgoing connection should be made at the back and front as per site requirement. The cubical panel should have removable gland plates for incoming and outgoing cables duly crimped with dowels lugs/thimbles and provided with PVC tape at each end. The bus bar should be supported on epoxy insulator of suitable length conforming to relevant Indian standard (CPRI) and sufficiently robust to effectively with stand Electro mechanical stresses produced in the event of short circuit. The job includes all material labor carriage of panel to the site testing and commissioning as required to complete the job as per drawing of the panel to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The job include making connection of the outgoing cable with lugs/thimbles duly crimped and making connection with the incoming existing O/H bus trunking or cable as per site requirement. The panel should be upto 900 mm deep as required at site. The LT panel should have provision of following switchgear and cost of bus bar. The job also include the cost of multifunction meter for each incomer, outgoing & MCB distribution board and phase indication lamps.

BUS BAR: S/E of 200/400 Amp. 415 volts 3 phase Bus Bar consisting of 4 Nos. High conductivity electrolytic quality Aluminum bars conforming to relevant IS(each of equal cross sections) of requisite size for a current density of 1 Amp per sq.mm. The bus bar shall be supported on epoxy insulators as per CPRI specifications & should be long enough to accommodate all the switches. The job includes cost of inter connections from the Bus bar to each ACB/ MCCB,s in the existing panel by means of solid high conductivity electrolytic Aluminium strips (current density 1 Amp per square mm) of requisite size capable of carrying full load current. Each connection through bus bar shall be made with nuts & bolts and tightened firmly with washers. The bus bars shall be covered with PVC heat shrinkable sleeves of different colors by suitably heating with Hot gun.
