Servicing of 800/1000 KVA dry type / Oil Type indoor transformer after dismantling all the HT / LT connections to check the insulation resistance to locate the fault with help of magger. The job includes the cost of stepping up / down as per the requirement. The job includes cost of all petty material charges required to complete the job at site to the entire satisfaction to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and servicing of HT OCB’s / VCB’s of 400 amps, to 800 amp, 350 MVA of various make. The job includes the dismantling of OCB’s/ VCB’s & reinstallation of the same in the control panel unit. The cost also includes cleaning of 11 KV contacts of HT OCB/VCB Lubrication of movable parts of mechanism of the panel units, replacements of minor parts during the servicing job being done at site. The job also includes servicing and the cost of minor parts & other petty material required to complete the job i.e., OCB shunt trip coil, mechanism greasing etc. The job includes the guarantee, free servicing and mtc for one year including doing the repair of the same and replacement of minor parts setting of protection relays, NO/ NC Contacts, shunt coil etc, free of cost during service tenure of 1 year.

Repair and servicing of LT ACB’s of various rating from 630 amp to 1600 amp. of various make. The job includes the dismantling of ACB’s and reinstalling of the same in the control panel after the servicing and repairing etc. The cost also includes cleaning of LT contacts mechanism of the panel units, replacement of minor parts during the servicing job being done at site. The job also includes servicing and the cost of minor parts and other petty material required to complete the job i.e. ACB trip coil, mechanism greasing etc. The job includes the guarantee, free servicing and mtc for one year including the repair of the same and replacement of minor parts setting of protection relays, NO/ NC contacts, strip coil etc, free of cost during service tenure of 1 year.

Checking the faulty CT / PT metering unit after opening the incomer / outgoing 11 kV cables. The job includes the cost of all petty materials required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Locating of fault of LT / HT cables laid in underground with the help of fault locating machine. It includes the cost of arrangement of power supply / generator required during the fault locating & digging the earth after found fault location & draw out the faulty cable from the ground and all petty materials required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and erection of HT XLPE insulated armoured power cable stranded aluminum conductor sheathed with extruded semi-conducting compound cross linked polyethylene insulated laid up inner sheathed of extruded PVC single layer of galvanized steel flat strip armoured and PVC sheathed over all suitable for 11 KV (earthed) cable to IS: 7098 (Part-ii) 2011 with up to date amendments and laying in the existing cable trey/ RCC pipe/ cable duct/ sand & brick for underground after the digging the trench. The XLPE cable shall be of Polycab / Havells / RR Kabel/ KEI/ Finolex make only.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of power pack with 220 Volt AC supply input and 24 Volt DC continuous output, suitable for closing/tripping/ indication of HT VCB breakers, provided with 2 Nos. 12 Volt each, SMF batteries of 100 AH capacity of make Exide/ Amaron/ Tata Green/ Panasonic only, Charging unit and suitable capacity of multifunction meter for current and voltage including connection with 2.5 Sq.mm FRLS insulated copper conductor cable etc. duly houses in cabinet of size (L x W x D) 36”x24”18” made of 14 gauge CRCE sheet having 4 Nos. legs of 8” length made of MS angle of size 50 x 50 x 6mm. The complete cabinet inner and outer side is powder coated of approved shade. The cabinet should have openable door on front side with locking arrangement complete be suitable for boost mode and trickle mode with display of input and output voltage and current and provided with suitable rating Miniature circuit breaker for protection at input supply and output of the battery charger.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of phase indicator LED lamps for HT/ LT panels. The job includes cost of all petty material charges required to complete the job at site in the entire satisfaction to the Engineer-in-charge. The make of LED indicator should be of L&T/ Schnieder/ ABB/ Siemens/Taknic/ BCH only. The colour (Red/ Yellow/ Blue) of LED indicators lamps should be as per site requirement.

Supply and Refilling of transformer oil in the existing transformer. The job includes the cost of all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Drain out transformer oil, opening of transformer part and replacement of gasket, oil seal and silica gel, breather of 1000 KVA oil type transformer to stop the leakage of oil as required at site, refilling of oil after complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
