Supply and Erection of PCC (pre-stressed cement concrete pole) intermediate pole 9meter long for LT line planting depth 1.83 mtr., top dimensions 105mmx315mm, load capacity 200kg. and approximate weight 478 kg. technical specification and Drawing attached at Page No. 34-41 of the DNIT, including S/E of following items: - a) Bobbin insulators = 5 Nos. ii) M.S. angle iron 50x50x6mm (2’.6”x1.350kg per feet) =3.5 kg. iii) M.S. flat 50x6mm ( for D strap & clamps)=6 Kg. iv) M.S. nuts & bolts of sizes (5/8” x different lengths)/J bolt =4Kg. v) Guard Reel =1 No.

Supply and erection of stay set for LT line complete in all respect as per Drawing attached at page No. 42 of DNIT with S/E of following items of structural design a) Supply and Erection of Anchor made of M.S. channel 100x50x6mm 2ft long = 1 No. b) Supply and Erection of G.I. thimbles of suitable size =2Nos.\ c) Supply and Erection elbow of M.S. round 16mm dia.(31”) with hook welded in MS channel iron 75x40x6mm =1.8 Mtrs long. d) Supply and erection of MS clamps made of MS flat 50x6mm=1No with suitable size of MS nut bolt complete in all respect. e) Supply and erection of MS nut & bolt for stay wire =2 Nos. f) Supply & erection of MS rod 19/20 mm dia, 1.8 Mtr. Long having thread on one head eye on other head. g) Supply and Erection of MS stay wire 7/10SWG of 12 Mtr. Length. h) Supply and Erection of LT egg insulator along with fitting =1 No. i) Supply and Erection of MS channel of size 75x40x6mmx6’long =1 No.

Making of LT Deading on LT line (both side) complete in all respect as per deptt. Specifications in all respect with dismantlement and re-sagging of ACSR conductor of size 103mm2 (Approx.400Mtr.) 1 Job. Along with following items:- (i) S/E of shackle /Egg/Egg insulators of size 4” long = 8 Nos. (ii) S/E of MS D-strap made out of MS flat of size 50x6mm. (8 Nos.) including S/E of nut and bolt as required at site =1 Job. Drawing of LT deading attached at page No. 43 of the DNIT.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LT AB XLPE cable 3Cx120+70mm2 (Make KEI, Polycab, Havells). As per the specification at pg no. 44-52.

Supply and Erection of dead end clamp with its allied accessories complete in all respect.

Supply and erection of suspension clamp with bracket with its allied accessories complete in all respect.

D/O of ACSR conductor 52mm2 complete in all respect and return to store.

D/O of ACSR conductor 0.075Sq. Inch completes in all respect and return to store.

D/O of LT steel pole complete in all respect and return to store.

D/O 3 1/2 Core50/70mm2 O/H cable from their existing site and return to store complete in all respect.

D/O of GSL completes in all respect and return to store.
