Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (As per DSR 10.2)

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. (As per DSR 10.31)

15 mm cement plaster: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) (As per DSR 13.2.1)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) (As per DSR 13.16.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (As per DSR 15.56)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (As per DSR 15.60)

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Aluminium fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board (Archid, Novapan, Kitply, National make) phenol bonded with chowkhat fixed including cost of necessary fitting,( 2 no alum handle ,1 nos hasp and staple and billie ,2 no alum tower bolt screws, nails, fevicol and two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer after preparation of ply wood surface complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Chajjas, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete l:11/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing IRC welded mesh size 25mmx25mm in the existing M.S frame including coast of cutting welding and one coat of metal primer complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge. (N.S)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc.,and then laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over after providing 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge. Payment of any unserviceable material disposal to the dumping ground shall be made separately. (Based on DSR 16.83 & DSR 16.84) (N.S)
