The job includes the cost of making interconnections with suitable copper wire and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at site. The Modular accessories should be of Goldmedal (Gifa)/ L&T (Oris)/ ABB (Ivie)/ Legrand (Arteor)/ Crabtree (Athena) only.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED Down lighter Round shape recess type with integral/ non integral driver to be installed in existing false ceiling. The down lighter should be of Philips / Wipro / Bajaj / Havells / Crompton / Jaquar/ Panasonic/ Trilux/ Lighting Technologies make only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3x1.5 sq. mm copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.12)

S/E of 2’x2’ LED fitting recess type with intergral/ non integral driver to be installed on existing false ceiling with the help of steel chain, rawl plug & screws etc. The fitting should be Bajaj/ Phillips/ Wipro/ Jaquar/ Havells/ Crompton/ Lighting Technology/ Trilux/ Panasonic make only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.13)

Supply & erection of Wall Fan 400mm sweep oscillating type complete with blades with regulator. The fan should be of Havells (Swing)/ Usha (MAXX AIR)/ Orient (400mm Wall44)/ Crompton (WM Hiflo wave)/ Bajaj (Esteem Double String) make only. The wall fan should be provided with double string i.e. one no. controlling oscillating and one for speed. The cost including connection with adjacent light points.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1400 mm sweep (Maximum wattage upto 35W), BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 7.42, Air delivery minimum 245 CMM, 300 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, complete with OEM designed electronic regulator unit for speed control in various steps as per BIS (proof shall be submitted alongwith fan before installation at site) and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required. The fan should be of Havells/ Atomberg / Bajaj/ Crompton make only.

Providing and fixing following rating MCCB 4 pole 415 Volt (Thermal magnetic / microprocessor release) for Over load and short circuit protection, 36 KA Breaking capacity (Ics=100% Icu) with positive isolation. The overload & short circuit release shall be of adjustable type, suitable for isolation The MCCB is to be installed in existing cubicle panel / angle iron board/ VTPN BDB / MCCB enclosure including drilling holes in cubicle panel / angle iron board, making connections with suitable rating of copper wire / copper strip etc. as required. The job includes the cost of spreaders terminal links. The job also includes cost of MS enclosure or direct/ extended rotary handle etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The MCCB should be of L&T/ Siemens/ Schneider/ Legrand/ ABB/Hager make only.

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor type cubicle type fully enclosed compartmentalized electric panel of suitable size (300mm-900mm) deep as required as site suitable for three phase 50 Hz 415 volt AC supply system made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet duly strong thread with suitable size of MS channel members and base weather proof dust and vermin proof, ventilated with louvers at sides removable gland plates at the bottom, earthing studs at both ends duly painted with powder coated finish of approved shade and two coats of anticorrosion paint including providing and fixing of four strip main and auxiliary aluminium bus bars of rating min 300 amp., multifunction meter, LT phase indicator lamp for each incomer/ outgoing, MCB distribution board metering unit and having space for accommodating various MCCB’s, MCB SP, MCB TPN, Change over switch etc as per site requirement. The manufacturer/ fabricator of LT panel should posse’s type test certificate/ reports w.r.t. construction/ manufacturing of LT panel confirming to IS: 8623/93 with breaking capacity 50KA (minimum) & Degree of protection IP42 (minimum) from CPRI /ERDA approved Lab.
