S/E of LED street light fittings luminaries of Philips / Bajaj/ Wipro/ Surya/ Crompton/ Havells/ Panasonic/ Lighting Technologies/ Trilux/ Jaquar make only. The fitting should be installed on wall/ existing pole upto 16 Mtr. Long with the help of hydraulic ladder / Crain with bucket which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3x1.5 sq.mm copper wire from existing Junction box, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.3)

The fitting should be of Philips/ Bajaj/ Wipro/ Crompton/ Surya/ Jaquar/ Panasonic/ Havells/ Lighting Technologies/ Trilux make only. Supply and Erection of LED Post Top Lantern fittings made of cast aluminium housing with power to be mounted on directly on inbuilt Heat sinks. A UV stabilized PC/PMMA clear diffuser is provided for Glare Free Lighting with high visual comfort to complete with Electronic LED Driver Power supply & related accessories with the following specifications to be installed on existing pole with the help of ladder if required which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. Supply & Laying of PVC insulated sheathed aluminium conductor un armored flat cable 10 mm. sq. 2 core with 8 SWG G.I. earth wire on existing surface with suitable clamps / hanger etc. including making connection and petty material etc. as required. The cable should be of Polycab/ Havells/ RR Kabel/KEI/ Finolex make only.

Supply & fixing of OEM made junction box IP-66/67, IK-09 weatherproof made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size 210x155x90 mm (minimum) with 5 Nos. OEM made connectors/ terminal blocks. The junction box and connectors / terminal blocks should be supplied by OEM. The terminal blocks/connectors should be of Hensel / Wago / Elmax / Siemens make only and junction box shall be of Hensel make KF-1616G or its equivalent Clipsal/ Legrand / Rittal / Schneider / ABB make only. The Junction box shall be fire retardant and self-extinguishing. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The job includes the cost of cable glands for cable entry, mounting kit for pipe and post installation, fixing screw, all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge of work.
