DSR ITEM No.2.16 Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 240 V "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

DSR Item No. 5.2 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and Erection of B.L. Holder (ISI make) including connection etc. as required. The job includes all labour and petty material required to complete the job entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Approved make: Anchore/ Havells/ L&T/ Goldmedal ISI makred only.

Supply & Erection of 3 mm thick white glazed bakelite sheet on existing M.S. box. The job includes the cost of sheet and making holes & cutting and fixing with screws as required to complete the job. The Bakelite sheet should be of make Super Hylam/ Formica/ GreenLam make only.

DSR 19.1 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 6.00, Air delivery minimum 210 Cum/Min , 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374 2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required.

S/E of 10/12 Watt. LED Bulk Head Luminaries weather proof frosted light with PMMA/ PC reflector and silicon gasket to be installed on surface. The LED fitting should have minimum system Lumen output minimum 1000 Lumen and the driver of the fitting should be workable on 140-260 Volt. The colour temperature of LED should be minimum 5000 degree Kelvin. The fitting should be of Philips make / Bajaj make / Wipro make / Havells make / Jaquar make/ Crompton make/ Panasonic make/ Surya make only. The fitting should be of IP-65/66. The LED should have a life of 50000 burning Hours. The fitting should have THD10% and power factor 0.9 or above. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same /-to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Supply & erection of Exhaust Fan (heavy duty motor with copper wound metallic body) following size complete with motor, metallic blades, double ball bearing with minimum power consumption, rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation, epoxy powder coating along with metallic louver to be installed in the existing opening including cost of making the hole to suit the size of above fan making good the damage, Carriage Charges connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC.
