Dashing cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregates 10mm nominal size) in RCC beams, walls, columns, slabs, chajjas, facia etc. of average thickness 50mm of upto 15m height including the cost of curing and scaffolding etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.( excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement) (NS)

Removing rust from exposed reinforcement bars upto 15m height in RCC walls, columns, beams, shelves etc to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles afer 24hrs of its application with wire brush and thouroughly washing witgh water and allowing it to dry all complete as per directions of engineer in charge. Providing and Fixing chicken mesh of size ½"x½" and 26 gauge up to 15m height on RCC beams, facias, brick work etc. wherever required with wooden gutties, nails and screws including drilling holes etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

Providing and fixing of PVC pipe (4" dia) 110mm @ 4kg / sqm of approved make including all the accessories i.e. Bend, Tee, reducer etc. and jointing with cement solvent to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

Cleaning the Concrete surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., with the help of nano fluids Beechem of karcher RM 269 or easy clean or it's equivalent or other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers, brushes and also cleaning with high pressure jet cleaner, hot steam or hot water as per site requirement and adding the required amount of chemical as per manufacturer specifications, without causing any scratching/ damage to the concrete surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The work further includes application of water repallent additives in two coats (The rate is inclusive of all materials, labours & scaffolding). (NS)

Providing and fixing of openable shutters in cupboards of 18-19 mm thick, make Century Sainik /green ply/duro ply board, water proof, termite proof with teak wood liping of size 19 X 4mm on all exposed edges fitted having Nickel hinges superior quality with the help of screws and also having splayed tounged joint if 2no's shutter meet in center including the cost of nails, screws, stops, fevicol and applying two coats of suprior quality paint over one coat of primer on inside & outside of shutter complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of enginner in charge. Providing and fixing of in position cupboard shelves of 19 mm thick commercial board (ISI marked ) with lipping of soft wood 19mm x10mm on exposed edge supported on brackets of 2 nos hard wood battens 1''x1'' fixed in all with hard wood gutties and screws finished with preparation of ply wood surface and twp coats of special quality paint of approved shade over one coat of primer complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of aluminium hinges 4'', SS handles 5'', Aluminium Tower bolts 8'' & 6''all necessary Alumn fitting and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying water proofing coating having three coats of rain jackets @ 15sqft/Kg over a priming coat of water proofing paint @ 10 sft/ Kg including fiber mesh of size 800 microns with total thickness of 900 to 1000 microns forming high elstic and resilient coating with resistant to UV rays and non toxic in nature with life of minimum 10 years complete in all respect and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing Golden Champ wood Chowkhats (Kiln seasoned ) including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, screws, nails fevicol etc. The rate includes the cost of dismanteling of the damages chowkhats and making good the damage to the walls plaster and floors as required including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground. The rate further includes the cost of special quality paint over one coat of primer etc complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. ( N.S. )
